Cooking /Utensils/pots /pans really v poor as it happens we did not eat in for an evening meal No corkscrew no bottle opener no sharp knife Onlt two wine glassess one of which was cracked nO SUN PROTECTION in outside eating area

Nice and private, pool was lovely. House decorated beautifully. Situated on the edge of charming Cisternino with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. Good area to explore.

The garden could have been better if weeded and the pool although beautiful was not cleaned whilst we were there. Beautiful property just a bit more regular maintainence needed.

Closed territory with a lot of space, wonderful interior inside, cozy and tidy. I didn't want to leave...

Its okay but not perfect. The site needs some maintainance. Walking distance to the village Cisternino. Very central, all the touristic nice places are nearby by car. Our room was fine. Not very comfortabele places to sit as all the forniture is from plastic.

The apartment was first class clean tidy had everything you needed pool was lovely and clean However pool area scruffy with rubbish and weeds and view of pallets rubbish Woken at 4.30 both mornings by shouting chickens The road up to the apartment and the path down on arrival were terrible

Very time we contacted the administrators of the accommodation, they answered very fast, friendly and tried to help us. Bed was very cozy and the apartment was really clean.

When we book it online, we believe that we will stay on the Truli House, but it did not happen. The Hotel has many rooms and only one is a Truli House. I was disappointed because I " agreed" to pay more for this accommodation, exactly because I wanted to stay in a Truli House. Wifi did not work. When we contacted them, they simply said that the internet didn't work well in the whole area and therefore we ha no Wifi. Well, I even understand that, but then you cannot announce that you have Wifi when it doesn't work....

The experience of leaving in a trulo. Quietness.

Small shower. Water everywhere in the bathroom when taking our shower. Not a double bed but 2 beds. No space to seat on the toilet.
