Tutto non funzionava il riscaldamento e la ragazza che è arrivata in ritardo non ha saputo gestire la situazione

Appartamento grande con belle camere e bagno grande, cucina ben attrezzata. Letti comodi nelle due camere e ottimi infissi che attutivano molto i rumori del mercato che viene allestito proprio sotto le camere

Il divano letto è abbastanza scomodo, inoltre sarebbe stato gentile fare trovare una bottiglia d'acqua e qualche cialda per il caffè del primo giorno. A volte piccoli dettagli migliorano il soggiorno.

Zona centrale ben servita dai mezzi, condomino pulito

Ho prenotato per 5 ospiti, sistemati in due stanze con 2 letti matrim. e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Il divano letto un po’ scarso con la struttura che si faceva sentire sotto le spalle. Un po’ troppo parsimoniosi nel fornire materiali: per i servizi igienici per 5 persone per due pernottamenti, hanno fornito 2 rotoli scarsi di carta igienica, era presente la macchinetta di caffè con appena 4 cialde. Servizio per la modifica della temperatura del riscaldamento, efficiente e puntuale. L’interlocutrice con la quale ho fatto il ceck-in, precisa, efficace e disponibile.

The best localization ever! Very good for family - kitchen is very useful, clothes closets, two very big and comofortable beds.

We booked the apartament on early March for 9 nights. Some things: 1. In the apartment was very cold. The floor is made by ceramics tiles and is very cold. The flat is very high so turning on the heating at 3am and 11am for 2 hours is not enough. You cannot do it yourselve you have to ask the managment. Becouse outside was 8-14 regres It was really cold in the flat. 2. Sofa - we were 4 people including 4 years child. And I booked the flat becouse of two bedrooms and one sofa. When we came I heard that if I want use sofa I have to pay extra. In my opinion it is not fair becouse the sofa was in offer. And i is my decision of 4 people sleep in two beds or two beds plus sofa. 3. Turists tax and WiFi - it was not comfortbale that when we came with luggeges, child, after travel the most important for managment was to pay turists tax. Without it they did not give you WiFi and access to internet book with info about apartment. It was not comfortable becouse I paid mor than 1100€ ealier for flat and in my opinion it could wait. 4. Shower - the bathroom is very big and comfortable but it is time to change shower head. 5. Washing - it is very good to make the washing but standing washing dryer is rusty. You can hang the laundry outside but there was no Clips.

Very nice flat, spacious and modern. Dynamic area and not so far from city center

Was to much dust, not very clean but apartament its very big and comfy
