The first day we figured out that the water does not flash in the washroom ( but after contacting and claiming the issue the next day since we arrived late . The staff passed by the apartment and fixed it ) . Another thing is that the first night as well a "lizard" was on the wall of the bedroom 😅😅 ...

Baño muy pequeño e incómodo, desprendía olor a cloaca, poca ventilación, armario sin puertas. Por lo demás bien sin más.

The apartment is in a walkable quiet area. Miriam was wonderful. She answered every request promptly. The internet speed was fantastic.TV with streaming YouTube in every room and living area. All was just perfect. I highly recommend it.

Good location in a quiet area. Beds were comfortable. Aircondition/heating was working.

Bathroom location not clearly described on website. Access to bathroom is through one of the bedrooms. This was a problem when using toilet at night. Had we known, we would not have booked this apartment. Very dark apartment, pictures do not show the reality. Bathroom door could not be closed and locked. Asked for a repair (via WhatsApp as instructed) same day as we arrived, but we never got a reply to our request. Towel dryer did not work. Bad smell from bathroom drain. Apartment was not clean. Ants all over the kitchen table. No bread knife. Only one set off keys to apartment. No TV signal.

The apartment on the ground floor is really dark. The pictures in the ad do not represent the actual situation. They are I think intentionally misleading. Also the apartment wasn’t very clean, there was everywhere dark hair, bathroom, bedroom etc. None of us has dark hair.
