La vue et la terrasse. La proximité des magasins

Les voisins pas sympathique. Les équipements à la piscine réservez pour les autres logements. Accès au poubelles. Bruyant à côté du restaurant et les odeurs de cuisson. La fenêtre de la chambre ferme pzs bien plein de bruit. La machine a laver plein d eau qui coule par terre obligé de fermer le robinet. Le local poubelle inexistant.

This was one of the most disappointing stays we’ve ever had. First, we accidentally left our clothes behind. I immediately contacted the agency when we arrived home and noticed it. But the agency, Wonderful Italy, did not respond to my 3 e-mails, I had to chase them. Later they claimed the cleaning team found nothing. It’s hard to believe our items just disappeared — either the cleaning team, or the agency, alternatively someone else stole them. Second, we were shocked to find out during travelling to the spot that we had to travel to a completely different town, 6.5 km away, just to pick up the keys. That crucial detail was not mentioned anywhere in the description of the appartment. To make things worse, we also had to return the keys to the same place — a completely time consuming and frustrating detour. The agency did not do any service to us! And the worst part: someone showed up unannounced to our apartment to “fix a door.” No warning, no message, no respect for our privacy. This kind of management is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
