Appartamento carino, ben posizionato, ampio e completo veramente di tutto. Solo il bagno è molto piccolo e non c'è nè un poggia asciugamani, un punto dove appenderlo nè uno spazio dove poggiare il rotolo di carta igienica. Molto gentile la signora delle pulizie che ho incontrato ed anche la persona del check in.

Assistenza zero: non rispondono ai messaggi, se hai bisogno di qualcosa (un codice, una segnalazione di qualcosa che non funziona, informazioni sul codice della casetta del checkout ecc) non risponde nessuno. Un volta fatto il check-in, si è totalmente abbandonati.

Appartamento abbastanza nuovo su struttura datata, cucina ben attrezzata e spazzi adeguati per famiglia di 4 persone. Posizione centrale e ottima per visitare la città.

We loved the location in the centre, great balance between the price and quality. Comfortable getting around.

It was stressful getting the keys for apartment. It included over an hour wait for the keys from host.

So the pluses are a central location and a clean apartment. On the down side you have to pay €40 for someone to meet you with a key if you get in late (even if due to a delayed flight). The communication on this isn’t on the Hotels.com website. The place smells of used fat and stale ciggarette smoke and it’s tiny and tricky to get suitcases through narrow corridors. It’s also in party central and the noise outside went on until around 4am which the windows and shutters offer scant protection from. I would avoid this place if travelling to Turin unless you want to stay out and party yourself.

We loved staying here, my husband and (almost) teenager. It's a proper Italian flat - leading out onto a courtyard. It is a 5 min walk from a supermarket and a pharmacist is a min walk away. It's a 5 min walk from the main square in Turin. I would definitely stay here again. We had a few issues with communication (we arrived late because of a delayed flight and had to wait outside the property for 30 minutes until the representative arrived to let us in, as he had to let someone else into another property). There is no wifi in the property which is fine (wasn't advertised as having any) but the wifi access code is on the wall(?). The fridge had a leak but hopefully that will be fixed. We managed to turn the combi boiler off as the switch for it looked like a light switch. Hopefully they have labelled it now. It would also be good to have two sets of keys as I was there for a conference but my husband and daughter were there for a holiday.
