Nosadella Rise by Wonderful Italy

飛行機の到着が遅れ、ホテル到着が午前１時になった。 ホテルにはだれもおらず、どうしようもなかった。向かいのピザ屋の店主とお客さんが助けてくれてホテルの管理者を呼んでくれた。深夜到着やその他で９０ユーロとられた。領収書はなし。 シャワーは水しか出ず、頭が洗えなかった。 こんなホテルはリストから削除してほしい。

Good location

Poor bathroom facilities. Shower head broken. Shower cubicle kept jamming. Air conditioning didn't work. No bedside lights. No wine glasses. No lift and on the third floor.

Location close to city center.

The appartment were not in best condition - some of the furniture were broken and a lot of DUST! There is a cobwebs on the ceiling, mold in the corner next to the bed, two fans are covered in fat layer of dust, towel dryer was not cleaned forever… We waited for person to get the key for more than a half of an hour and he was taking a picture in front of us, reason - “in case of issues” in the tone, like we going to brake something. I also asked him to take shoes off but he ignored and keep walking over the apartments taking photos… in shoes that he walk on the streets full of piss and dirt… Why not take it before you check in your guests or get it from cleaning personal via whatapp? Kitchen equipment is all worn and not very clean, I didn’t wanted to use it at all. Bed mattress is sagged down, you will not get the comfortable sleep. There was also almost no toilet paper left, only 1/3 of the roll that was already started… The crazy part for me - at the last day of our stay, Wonderful Italy sent message that by their policy we also need to clean dishes and take out the garbage. You should mention it clearly before we book. That must be a joke… Way too overpriced for what you get. We got much better apartments with AC, WiFi and TV in Milan and Lake Como for almost the same price in a few days before. I do not recommend!

Good locality

Terrible customer service from Wonderful Italy. Once you pay, they no longer care about you. (We should get a refund for the broken wifi and once we've left the apartment, nobody was responding to my messages anymore. Thankfully Booking helped us with this issue promptly.) The shower was totally clogged, we had to unclog it by ourselves at night to be able to have a shower properly, the mattress is pretty much worn out. Totally not worth the money.

Perfect location, for visiting Bologna. We did not need public transport, could walk everywhere by foot. I made a request to prepare second bed for sleeping, they did not do it on the first day, but next day solved the problem. So cannot complain. Overall happy with everything, would come back.

Around 8 minutes from the city center. Spacious apartment, mostly clean. Paula that gave us the keys was really nice.
