A very welcoming and helpful host. The apartment was bright, modern and clean.

A long walk from the station and centre of town, although it was a nice walk through all the porticos

L’emplacement est idéal, quartier très sympa. La cour intérieure a beaucoup de charme.

L’hiver c’est légèrement humide.

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Bologne à pied. Luca a toujours été disponible via whatsapp pour préparer notre arrivée et nous aider pendant le séjour, donner des bonnes adresses, nous commander un taxi. La pièce cuisine/séjour est agréable et bien équipée, nous y avons pris nos petits déjeuners après qq achats dans un Carrefour Market Via Castiglione. Juste à côté de l'appartement, une boulangerie avec un très bon pain complet.

A noter que la salle de bain est commune aux 2 chambres.

Дякуємо господарю за теплий прийом і готовність допомогти в будь яких питаннях. В помешканні було чисто і все відповідало фотографіям. Розташування - супер, дуже близько до центру міста.

В деякіх кімнатах відчувався запах вологості. Напевно через те, що апартамент знаходиться на цокольному поверсі.

Luca was a great host, very kind and his tips and recommendations were very helpful. Apartment is perfectly clean, location is perfect, but the best thing is romantic garden under the banana tree

The host Luca was exceptional and extremely accommodating. He met us at the apartment even though we were very early and helped us get settled before check-in time. Apartment was very clean, updated and modern. Beds were very comfortable and a great location!

We didn’t mind hearing the neighbors but so others know before you book, as in most buildings in the city, you can hear your neighbors. The neighbors overlook your outdoor private patio but are very respectful.
