Bardzo zaniedbana łazienka, ręczniki do wymiany już dawno, jakość sprzętów w mieszkaniu bardzo słaba, łóżka niewygodne, mieszkanie w starej zaniedbanej z zewnątrz i w środku kamienicy, sredni komfort przebywania w mieszaniu, okien w zasadzie nie można otworzyć ponieważ kamienica jest obstawiona rusztowaniami

0/10 This stay was managed by Wonderful Italy I wrote to them on the morning after our arrival expressing our extreme dissatisfaction with the place. The conditions were unacceptable and severely impacted our vacation: - There was human waste on the bathroom toilet brush (???); - We found a plastic toothpick left by previous guests under one of the beds (???); - The air conditioning situation was a major issue. Only one room had AC, and the other rooms, equipped with dusty and unusable fans, are unbearably hot. The excessive heat made it impossible to sleep, so we opened the windows to let some air in, so we could actually inhale fresh air. Of course this caused lots of mosquitos to come in, also disrupting our sleep. If the house you manage is in a location where it's 30º Celsius at night, EVERY room needs to have AC. - There were significant amounts of dust under the beds and on top of the cabinets, the living room piano, TV, etc. This is more than just an inconvenience. Several members of our party have dust allergies, and these conditions have caused nausea and required them to take medication. - There was excess humidity in the bathrooms, mold on the walls and rust on the shower. The lack of basic hygiene was truly disgusting. We contacted the host about these issues, having been requested more photos, which were sent later that evening. No one showed up (not even to clean the "leftovers" from previous guests. They replied explaining the situation with the dust and scaffolding around the building (not the greatest of concerns taking into account there was human waste on the toilet brush and a toothpick from the previous guests). We contacted them again stating that they were not giving our complaint the attention it deserved and that we'd like a refund to relocate, to which they replied 3 days had passed. They took long to reply and we took some time too because we were on vacation, shocking.

Apartment is epic. Historic and feels like stepping back in time.

Could be a little warmer /softer in decoration for families.

Фотографии не соответствуют действительности Все намного милее и чище, чем выглядит на самом деле. НЕУЮТНО. Освещение ужасное. Зеркал нормальных почти нет. Мрак Здание в аварийном состоянии, обосранные окна не открываются. Персонал хам. Кричал в последний момент, прежде, чем отдать ключи. Манипулировал. Пытался собрать деньги и все это время нас пытались кинуть. Парковаться невозможно. Туда на автомобиле заезжать запрещено. И сложно подниматься в квартиру. Она на самом последнем этаже в какой-то халупе. Подъезд ужасный. Постоянно ходит вокруг интересный контингент. Будьте к этому готовы. В день заезда мы уже обратились в букинг, чтоб выехать и эти негодяи хотели содрать с нас 100 евро за уборку Какую уборку???? Мы только заехали, там грязно и они кричат нам за уборку??? Фотографии и видео есть у меня. Жаль, мало могу прикрепить…… Дневной свет не попадает. Из плюсов, что те, кому нравится старина- прикольно. Но это не стоит своих денег. Ну и тем, кто любит центр города, притом, что узкие улочки и грязно. Реально грязно. Люди гордые, будто они лучшие на свете. Притом Рим, и история больше и люди добрее, и красивее и достопримечательностей больше Нечего строить из себя там что-то

Duża przestrzeń, artystyczne mieszkanie idealne dla miłośników sztuki. Wygodne łóżka

Rusztowanie wokół mieszkania i brak poczucia bezpieczeństwa. W nocy zmuszeni byliśmy zamykać okna.

Отличное местоположение. Принимающая сторона любезно согласилась встретить нас раньше времени. Большая красивая квартира, классический антуражеый интерьер.

1) В одной из ванных ужасный душ, и двери-вся вода льется наружу. 2)Нужно предупреждать особенно гостей с детьми что в апартаменты ведёт очень Крутая лестница и очень высокая, с коляскам и багажом подниматься очень тяжело. Это очень не удобный для подьема 4этад.Спасибо моему спортивному мужу🙈!!! 3)Нам очень не повезло дом в ремонте и все окна были закрыты строительными лесами из-за этого вид был ужасный и в квартире было очень темно. 4)Отсутствует кондиционер, точнее есть стационарный (стоит посреди комнаты очень шумная штука) только в одной спальне-он очень шумный но при этом не помогает справиться с жарой-спать очень не комфортно. В одной спал не шум, в двух других ужасная жара и не чем дышать((( окна не о крыть-за окнами строительные леса(((

Large, authentic, great location, and very beautiful.

The stairs were a bit annoying, but not a big deal, that was expected when renting such apartment.

Location was great. Lovely historic apartment.

Very hard to find when We firstarrived. The host was very poor at communicating.
