Good position, great balcony

Staff completely unresponsive, toilet ran all night, kettle didn’t work, only had one key for 3 people. No support with parking. Bad smell from sewer

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr schön. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und eine große Terasse.

Wonderful Italy hat als Gastgeber keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Dokumentierte und am ersten Tag angezeigte Mängel wurden nicht behoben und scheinen entsprechend der zurückliegenden Bewertungen schon lange Zeit zu bestehen. So wird mit Internet geworben, jedoch gab es dieses nur sporadisch. Die Toilettenspülungen, insbesondere aber im Bad, welches direkt an einem der Schlafzimmer angrenzt, funktionieren nicht richtig bzw. sind defekt. So lief Tag und Nacht das Wasser geräuschvoll. Einruhiger Schlaf war dadurch nicht möglich. Angekündigte Toilettenartikel (Shampoo und Duschbad) gab es nicht. WONDERFUL ITALY HAT SICH AUCH NACH ZAHLREICHEN KONTAKTVERSUCHEN NICHT UM EINE LÖSUNG BEMÜHT! INSOFERN IST DIESE AGENTUR UNSERES ERACHTENS ALS GASTGEBER ZU EMPFEHLEN.

Only time the company provided communication was prior to the stay and the day before departure . They only cared about when we’d check out but failed to answer any messages throughout our stay. Incredibly disappointed and not worth the price at all!

Loved the windy terrace. When we open the windows, AC was not needed. The walk up and down did us good after eating a great meal. Kept us in shape.

The TV in one bedroom was not working. AC dripping in another bedroom. Lighting in bathroom mirrors was very dark. Fridge way too small.

Location is super! Roof terrace was great for a sundowner! Nice air conditioned rooms!

Not well equipped with kitchen utensils, plates and glasses.

Great place close to everything in Ostuni, large rooms, nice beds. 3 bathrooms, everything very clean. And the terrace was lovely too

Small kitchen area but we didn’t cook so much so it was ok. On your last day, you have to take the bins out to a place that doesn’t exist, the address that the owner provided is not updated. A bit of a fuss looking for the rubbish bins but it’s something quite usual in Italy.

Terrazza Isabella is in a good location and has had a nice renovation inside but needs some maintenance issued addressed. There is a nice rooftop terrace to get some air and have a drink in the evening.

Our first issue was the managing agent kept us waiting for 90 minutes after the pre-arranged check in time. We were 6 people standing in the street with our luggage! Wifi only worked for a couple of hours each evening and would not connect the rest of the time Refrigerator is tiny for an apartment that sleeps 6 people, actually the whole kitchen space is not suitable for a group of 6. Fly screens are torn and do not slide into door frames Electricity trips if air con and appliances are used at the same time
