"Lovely"

Good place. Lots of space for clothes and belongings. Spacious bathroom with shampoo, shower gel and towels. Comfortable kitchen with kitchen utensils and equipment for self-cooking. A set for washing dishes is available. delicious cookies as a bonus.

Noisy on weekend nights because it's the first floor and voices on the street can be heard well. You need your own slippers. I think it's a good choice for single travelers. It is stated that 3 people can fit together, but the double bed is not really a double bed, but a single bed with a "push pull-out" option. A sofa in the kitchen is good for sitting, but I don't believe that sleeping on the floor in the kitchen is comfortable. Maybe in summer, it's an ideal option, but not in winter.

"I really enjoyed the stay, mostly due to the spacious and light apartment in a nice area of Torino."

I liked the comfortable and big living space, with a quiet and safe surroundings. The sheets were clean and water was warm anytime. The area is well connected with the city center (or accessible on foot).

Due to a flight delay, our arrival was later than anticipated. Fortunately, the individual responsible for handing over the keys was both available and amiable. However, we found ourselves charged an additional 20 euros for the late check-in. It might be worth considering the implementation of a secure key box system, which could enhance convenience for both guests and staff alike.

"Disappointing"

A kitchen is too small. A second bed is in the kitchen and absolutely not suitable for sleep. I had a strong backache after sleeping on this bed

Very dirty property,with hair all over the house.Dirty dining table.Dirty toilet.

Very dirty.The washing machine was in the balcony and other people were coming in front of the kitchen ti use it.The light in the bedroom wasn’t working.When open the bedroom curtains they fell over my head.The property especially the kitchen was full with ants.Called the agency to refund they said they will give only half of it so we were obligated to stay on this horrible property.
