Good communication

The pictures are beautiful of the contents, but in reality it is not possible to eat breakfast normally in the living room because only 2 chairs were suitable for sitting by the table. Soft furniture is completely worn out and it is not possible to sit in it normally. In the bathroom, it shows a jacuzzi, but it doesn't really work, there is no hot water for four even when taking a shower. One bedroom had a normal wide bed, but the bed in the other room was narrow even for children.

Great location - close to transport, shopping and Piazza De Ferrari. Good outlook (internal courtyard). Plenty of space.

Dining room chairs and longe chairs were very unstable. The backs of the dining chairs were all cracked or broken and we did not use them in case the chairs collapsed. The single padded lounge chairs felt like the frames had come apart. No dishwashing liquid in the kitchenette. Shower head in main bathroom was in need of a good clean with many of the holes in the shower head blocked.

lack of amenities, lack of toiletries for a 4 night stay, lack of batteries for a remote. ancient location with original furniture that it terrifying to sit on as it feels like it’ll just shatter.

This place is stunning! It’s great location, beautiful building and dreamy views. Very Italian and a great place for families to stay. Amazing property manager, that provided us with great recommendations about the area. and was very kind and responsive.

we had an issue with ants the first night but the property manager took care of it immediately and no issues after.
