A place to sleep Air conditioning works The owner was cool and try to help us as much as he can.

The apartment is managed by a company called Wonderfull Italy which does not want customer satisfaction. The person arrived 40min late without any warning or excuse. The person didn't explain anything to us and wanted us to sign papers without even reading them. We'd ask him a question and he'd get bored of answering or even helping. 5min later the person left, leaving you at the door. The apartment is at the 3 floors without elevator, it was a very dirty state, even though we pay for a cleaning service. The kitchen was not clean, the stove smelled of gas, the washing machine didn't work, we had to wash everything by hand. No product to wash the dishes or the places were there, the utensils were disgusting. The bathroom was full of mould, half a roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 10 days. We had to buy a lot of things to use this apartment and the company didn't care. The street-side room is unbearable. Impossible to sleep in the room with the continual noise at all hours of the night from horns, cars, motorcycles, the street is extremely busy and very noisy. The bed must be disinfected, we have a lot of tiny bites from one day to the next (no mosquitoes). We had to sleep with long pyjamas to avoid that. The living room doesn't offer much in the way of comfortable seating. The armchairs are very low and break the back quickly. Plus the flashing lights give you a headache very quickly

The air conditioners did not work. The hall was to be used as a living room but it did not have a proper couch.
