El lugar excelente, logramos estacionar en la zona, y despues nos manejamos cominando, el departamento tiende de todo.

La zona es ZTL, deberian tener un instructivo de como funciona y donde comprar los tickets de estacionamiento (se compran en la estacion de tren).

Apartment is spacious and will equipped. Check in was easy.

This is a private property run by a management company called Wonderful Italy. We had a serious safety/security issue during our stay. Someone who had extra set of keys locked us inside the apartment and we could not unlock the door with the keys we were provided. We could not reach the management company on the support phone number provided. They started replying to my queries in WhatsApp only after I called booking.com priority line and complained. They proceeded with unhelpful advice on trying all the keys on all the locks and requesting video prove. Only after two hours of back and forth they sent an employee to unlock us. They have ignored my calls and texts asking for the explanations and guarantees that it won't happen again. Booking.com was of no help either. We had to stay another 3 nights in this apartment fearing that we can be locked inside at any moment. I suggest everyone to stay away from any properties managed by the Wonderful Italy company.

The apartment is very clean, cozy, and spacious and in a great location. Close to the grocery store, which is good because the apartment doesn’t have salt, pepper, or oil. But it had other cooking stuff like pots pans wooden spoon, and plenty of bowls and plates. Our host was very gracious and welcoming, although the apartment seems to actually be owned by a larger company so I am unsure if the host is always the same. The AC was easy to operate and the apartment has much ventilation. This was the nicest place we stayed in during our trip in Sicily. Very Airbnb vibes. We were only there a couple of days I wish this was the apartment we stayed at for our whole week and a half trip around Sicily, if I could have brought it along with us.

No dish towels or bread knife, but this was the same everywhere else we stayed in Sicily. This apartment is good enough it can handle an honest review There was only one key, I read about this in the other reviews but was willing to deal with this for the price, only sleeps 4-5 anyways so just stick together or plan better. If you are someone that just wants a good location that is very clean for a good price, this is the place for you.
