Cleanliness was ok. Very bad moldy odor in bathroom. Major water leak on the floor after every shower seems to come from the drain. Missing items in the kitchen ( wine glasses, toaster, dishcloth).

1. I don’t know where to start, the lift was continuously overweight with 1/2 people, to get to room is 9 flights of stairs. 2. The front door took between 10-45 minutes to open (we emailed, whatsapp and booking.com the hosts multiple times asking for help as we felt the key had a part broken). 3. The kitchen was poorly equipped for an airbnb that should host up to 6 people, there was 1 wine glass and only about 4 small glasses. 4. The bathrooms, covered in mould, smelt disgusting (gagged walking into them through out our stay) once again emailed, whatsapp and complained that one shower had no pressure the other completely soaked the bathroom showering because of a broken hose. 5. Only one bedroom has aircon keep this in mind as we arrived on a high 30s day and it was hot!! 6. The lounges are disgusting and need a good clean 7. The lack of communication and poor time response, we were told someone would come fix the issues and no one ever come

Great view from both balconies, big apartment, excellent for 4-6 people.

Bad smell from one bathroom, no locks in both bathrooms, one couch was pretty dirty.

Starting with the difficulty to open the doors and gates. Only one set of keys. Beware of not closing the bathroom doors or you will stuck inside. The living room doors also wont open easily once closed. The entrance door extremely difficult to open. (Lift very outdated amd constantly showing overweight and one of the three always had to go down on the stairs. Super slow lift) Bathrooms: not properly cleaned, showers are non functioning. No toilet paper, no shower gel and shampoo. We had to buy stuff which should be basics. Smelly bathroom sometimes bad smell came up from the sewer of the small bathroom. Kitchen: basics missing, such as kitchen towel or paper towels. Nor even mentioning the microwave which is a basic need in the 21st century. Washing machine unusable as the electric cord is cut off. Washing machine is a basic need when renting an apartment. Asked to dispose rubbish regularly but rubbish bags are provided only two pieces. We refused to buy even that. I am also a host of apartments and for the amount of money we paid, we even provide more. but the basics are basics. Not far from the city centre, but to get there by bus… forget about it. Buses either come 15-20-30 minutes late or never show up. No clear timetables.

Very good kitchen facilities. Nice with 2 bathrooms.
