Terrazza Primavera by Wonderful Italy

Great apartment in a central location.

There was limited bed linen and blankets for one bed only. The second bed had no linen or blankets. The stairs inside the apartment are quite steep.

We really enjoyed our time at Terrazza Primavera by Wonderful Italy. The place is spread over three levels, rooms are spacious, and it’s great to have a full kitchen and washing machine. The rooftop view was a highlight. The neighborhood felt pleasant and safe. It’s a bit of a walk from the train station, but very feasible, and you’re also within walking distance of the old town. Overall, a comfortable and charming stay!

The whole bin situation was a little confusing but I believe that is a city wide situation. Internet was super slow too so would make sure you have that sorted on your side.

Esperienza magnifica. Per quello che abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo molto di meno tanto da far dubitare me e la mia compagna di un eventuale cattiva sorpresa che sarebbe uscita fuori di lì a poco. Questo non è mai successo. Semplicemente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Casa poco distante dalla piazza principe, pulizia ottima, tutti i servizi a disposizione. Esperienza che rifarei altre 100 volte.

Se proprio devo trovare una nota dolente, I troppi scalini, sconsigliata per persone anziane o con difficoltà deambulatorie.

la posizione, la dimensione, l'arredamento e il solarium

ci sono molte scale ripide che creerebbero problemi a chi deambula con difficoltà.

Lovely apartment with a great roof terrace in a very central location.

The communication was very poor from the agents. They were actually very rude/offensive on one occasion when they did reply. They generally took a long time to reply, if at all to some messages, including to Booking.com customer service themselves. The bedroom does not have air-conditioning so you have to leave the door open to get aircon from the landing which means strong sunlight from about 5.30am (June). Local noise can start quite early and could disturb light sleepers.

Fabulous balcony

Wonderful Italy decided to lock us out of the apartment by changing the key code and not telling us. They then denied changing the code. I have tried to contact customer service to no avail and would look forward to hearing from them.

Lovely, private, quiet location just on the periphery of the historic centre, a park at the end of the road, a delightful restaurant a few hundred yards away on the edge of the park, a fruit, veg and cheese shop and a bakery ... what's not to like? Two terraces to eat or sit in the sun and admire the view over the park and rooftops to the sea. Delightful. A beautifully appointed apartment - but be warned, there are many steps!!
