The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The architecture is inspired by Spanish colonial design, with a beautiful central courtyard. The breakfast everyday is made with love with baked goods, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and homemade daily items. The rooms are bright and clean with great showers and hot water, which isn't always guaranteed in parts of Peru. The staff is warm and welcoming, as well as the management. There is always complimentary coffee and tea available, including coca tea for altitude adjustment. Would stay here over and over again.

"SEJOUR EXPLORATION A CHACHAPOYAS"

Chambre confortable et spacieuse, lits confortables, petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié. L'hôtel est situé à quelques encablures de la Plaza de Armas. Parfaitement situé pour aller explorer la région Chachapoyas. Batiment superbement mis en valeur avec son patio central. Personnel qui peut être à l'écoute et tout à fait serviable. On a du changer de chambre car on voulait prolonger notre séjour. L'hôtel a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

Petite remarque sur certains membres du personnel : le service au petit déjeuner en doudoune et bonnet sur la tête... Sinon rien à dire. Le séjour a été idéal

Muy buena ubicación, excelente servicio, diseño hermoso del hotel y bonita decoración del cuarto. Me encantó tener disponible agua caliente e infusiones durante mi estadía de manera gratuita. Además que nos permitieron el early check in. Buen desayuno.

Location, Colonial arquitecture, central garden

Lights on night tables do not work for reading. Beds were not bad but could be better. Coffee machine from Britt is an insult, if there is such great coffee in the area.

Chachapoyas is a little place, and it was nice to find a nice hotel. Aside from the neighborhood rooster, it was very peaceful and a good walking distance from the town square. Someone had clearly invested quite a bit in renovating what looked like a formerly nondescript building. It's a great base of operations for seeing the Kuelap and the other many sites in the area.
