"Nice but not great"

Clean and nice interior

The bed was very thin and uncomfortable. It was a sofa bed so used the sofa cushions under the mattress to make it better. There was no bin in the bathroom, no kettle and no tea towels

"Good location, but service could be improved."

The location. Easy to reach everything by walking. It was nice to have a kitchen and a dishwasher. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the office of WI, which is at 100m of the apartment.

When we arrived the (very friendly) host told us that the roller blind did not work since that day. He reported it to WI. We did also report it, as the windows are big and a lot of light is coming inside from the lanterns, even at night. A technician should come the next day, but never did. I asked 3 more times about the technician but was ghosted by them. In the end no one came and we did not sleep too much for 6 nights.
