The archway door to the ocean & the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. The spaciousness & the living room sofas were so comfortable. It’s super quiet inside & a great place for relaxing & cooking if you want with the quaint kitchen. The umbrella design of the ceiling & the hint of original stonework gave the apartment so much character. Lastly, Laura & Guiseppi are the most gracious hosts you could wish for. We loved our time here. Thankyou Laura for our treats on arrival. You are a gem 💎

The location of the property was magical . We loved the sound of the sea and being able to open our door and see the sea and beach . Then opening the front door stepping out to the beautiful Cefalu. We felt safe and welcomed by all .

Das Geld nicht Wert Wir hatten uns auf die positiven Bewertungen auf der Booking Seite verlassen .Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Keine Frage ,diese Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurants und Zugang zum Strand direkt ums Haus. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Man findet hier alles!Kakerlaken die aus den Türzargen krabbeln, wenn Sie morgens auf Toilette müssen, bishin zu Nagetierkot hinter dem Esstisch, Kotflecken in der Toilette ,Haare zwischen den Küchenutensilien vom Vorgänger, Klimaanlage, dessen Schlauch sie vom Fenster raushängen lassen müssen, wobei das Fenster sich natürlich nicht schließen lässt, womit sich natürlich die Unterkunft nicht abkühlt. Extrem unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Badezimmer, das bis in das Schlafzimmer zieht, trotz geschlossener Türe.Leider bringt da auch ein Raumspray nicht viel,dieses Problem sollte professionell behoben werden! Unbefugtes Betreten während des Aufenthalts vom Vermieter mit der absurden Begründung ,er hätte sich Sorgen gemacht ,weil wir die Klingel nicht gehört haben. Jeden Tag eine andere Überraschung... Absolut nicht empfehlenswert ! Für diesen Preis den wir bezahlt haben, hätten wir deutlich bessere Unterkünfte buchen können. Leider haben wir uns von der zentralen Lage und den positiven Bewertungen blenden lassen.

Skvělá lokalita v centru města a zároveň hned u moře, Byt prostorný a účelně vybavený. Hostitel velmi milý a ochotný s čímkoliv pomoci.

Matteo was a wonderful host who was very flexible and immediately made us feel welcome in the neighborhood. He gave us great recommendations for local food spots. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. We loved it!
