Tutto Orribile, una puzza di fogna mai sentita prima, appartamento vecchissimo, parqhet brutto sporco e sollevato da terra, fornelli che non si accende vano, letti disastrosi (divani letto) fontane. Semidistrurtte e che usciva. Poca. Acqua, mura fracide e con muffa.

GBWe loved this stay. It was so relaxing. Felt like a home away from home.
MKThe location is definitely what makes this apartment great: just a few minutes walk to the center of Bologna. There is a quite balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded with old Bologna architecture - feels like you are back in time a few centuries. I loved it. The shower is just fine (someone had written a bad review about it and the toilet too- renovated and nice)
They could update some of the features like the squeking wooden parquet which is so loud that it wakes you up if someone is walking in the middle of the night. Then for a reservation for 2 people (we were colleagues) they had left only one set of bed sheets for the bedroom. When we asked for another one (there are two sofas in the living room one of which can be made into a large double bed, they told us we need to pay 50 euros for extra sheets. I don't think it's fair. And, there is not even a small coffee table in the living room. It's a large empty room with two sofas on the sides.
There was coffee machine, bit theu left pods. I couldnt use the washing machine because the power switch for that wall did not work. The moki coffee press had mould in it and i had to wash pans before use. Communication was poor and i was rushed through the check in. Even thought they give you a manual, the issies i had didnt solve them. I dont blame the cleaners, i think the company overall lacks communication and care.
