They were terrible we had a very bad idea because the electricity went down our last day and we couldn’t do anything about it. We called them the whole night and they didn’t pick up the phone. They said that they are working only in the morning but when you are renting a house something emergency can happened. The company was terrible and the house was dirty and old with old mattress and general very bad staying there. Please remove this from booking

Excellent location, 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Great buzz around the area...15 minutes to beautiful gardens...clean, safe, shops, restaurants and bars close by...Nice quiet area

All Single beds in apartment....slats underneath kept falling out...bit strange to have to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. I didn't pay for that. Maybe need to upgrade? Kitchen needs a few items to help clean dishes, a cloth and some liquid would help. Microwave too close to gas cooker. 2 inches from hob...scarred by heat on left side. Please look into this! Outside area is basically a table and chairs surrounded by other apartments in a square on the 1st floor with several floors above and air con units...so no Sun or view.. Didn't bother sitting outside. Poor communication with "Wonderful Italy" Bologna what's app group...response time not good. (apart from the guy who fixed the bed)...which broke the next night...Poor help with early morning taxi to airport...had to ask a local bar manager to organise a taxi. TV remote broken. Manual operation at the back of TV only.... Mostly things that are fixable with a bit of communication and common sense. Don't take people for granted. There's a few problems that should not be happening. First time I've felt compelled to call a few things out after many dealings on Booking.com Bologna is a great city, and we enjoyed it as much as the other cities we visited.
