Casa Ester in San Salvario by Wonderful Italy

​The only good thing about this property was the location. It is in a convenient area, but to be fair, almost every hotel or apartment in this neighborhood offers the same advantage.

​This stay was a total disappointment from start to finish. ​Check-in disaster: The key handover was a complete mess. There was zero information, no support, and they actually handed me the keys to the wrong apartment! Because of their mistake, I was finally able to enter around 20:45. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even apologize for this massive inconvenience. ​Poor navigation: There are no informational signs anywhere. For someone visiting this place for the first time, finding the apartment is extremely difficult. ​Building & Amenities: The elevator is highly problematic and unreliable. Inside the apartment, there was no remote control for the air conditioner, making it impossible to use. ​Cleanliness: The apartment was poorly cleaned, full of dust and visible spiderwebs. ​Terrible Customer Service: I asked the staff what offer or price adjustment they could provide if I booked again for June 3rd, and they completely ignored my message and never replied. ​It is truly pitiful. I will never return to this place, and due to the severe stress and delays caused by the key mix-up, I expect a partial refund. Avoid this place!

keys were picked up at a nearby location. Communication with the letting agent was a bit slow but they were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check out late which was fantastic and much appreciated.

Logement bien situé, dans un quartier agréable, avec une bonne desserte en transports. Les points d'intérêt majeurs sont accessibles. Ascenseur Appartement lumineux

Pessima la gestione da parte di Wonderful Italy, sia nella fase precedente il check in ( sito non funzionante su mobile, lunghi minuti di attesa per contattare gli operatori al telefono), che nell' assistenza durante il soggiorno ( messaggi di richiesta di assistenza totalmente ignorati)

El apartamento es muy amplio, está limpio y el personal es súper amable
