Good location. Walking distance to all the main sights. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Property maintenance and cleanlinesses has now let this property down. It no longer represents the images on the listing. Dirty bathrooms with mould, broken shutters and the linen is not like the images. Broken furniture just put out on the balcony instead of removed, and not replaced. Also we had to wait until 8:00 pm for the apartment to be cleaned and suitable to stay, the property said we would receive a refund of the cleaning fee, however we are still waiting for this to happen.

NOTHING - APARTMENT WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY AND PEOPLE WHO MANAGE THE PROPERTY WERE HORRIBLE!

EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE INCLUDING THE PEOPLE WHO MANAGE THE PROPERTY! POWER OUTAGES EVERY 15 MINUTES. BROKEN BEDS. DUST AND DIRT EVERYWHERE. WATER CHANGES TEMPERATURE WHILST SHOWERING - DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT

The location was excellent and the apartment well appointed. Balcony was a good point.

Kitchen facilities were poor. Lack of implements and a set of basic goods would have been good ie. S/P /oil . No cupboard space for bought goods and no option if you don't drink Italian coffee - a cafetière would have been good. Also welcome would have been instructions for the oven!

Communication with the owner good and he was very helpful with tips for where to eat. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with good facilities. It is a short walk to the centre of town

While the location is close to town it is on a backstreet which didn't feel particularly safe at night. Once inside you are very secure

Very large apartment with plenty of space. Everything was well laid out & comfortable. Hosts were very communicative & met us to give us the keys & explain the facilities. Great location making it easy to walk around Bologna. Everything required for our stay was provided.

A bit noisy, especially with neighbours coming in late at night, but not a major issue

Location was excellent.

We lost our backpack with my phone, wallet and the apartment keys after a day trip out of Bologna. On contacting the Hosts, Wonderful Italy, we were told there was no way to gain access to the apartment and we needed to find alternative accommodation for the night and they could only assist us during working hours. So hope nothing goes wrong on your trip after working hours - as Wonderful Italy will not be able to assist.

very big and beautiful apartment. beds are very comfortable. 5-7min walk to the centre. the host is very friendly

the shutters in one bedroom were broken. bathroom could be a bit cleaner
