"Could be perfect but was awful"

Central location, large size and characteristic. Friendly and welcoming agent.

We stayed in August and experienced temperatures between 27 - 35 degrees centigrade. The property was without working air conditioning and only one proper fan was provided despite there being 3 bedrooms and us paying for 6 guests. It was necessary for us to threaten a complaint had to have additional fans provided. Eventually they were but was already 4 days into our stay. The agent was sympathetic but she was unable to make any decisions without authority. We also experienced issues with the property keys, accessing the front door. The keys supplied didn’t seem to fit properly and we had to contact the agent on a couple of occasions regarding this too. Unloading /loading the car was an issue. The property has a huge car park on the ground floor but we were not given access to this- instead one half a km a way. The streets surrounding the property were so narrow and yet incredibly busy. The property would not suite a family with lots of luggage for this reason. Finally a bottle bank is located right outside the property and is available for use throughout the night. Even with ear plugs little sleep was had!

"Beautiful traditional Appartment with a touch of modernism, super clean and value for money"

The place was super clean and spacious. Representing really how it was depicted in the description. Very cozy decorated inside with a vibe of the area but a touch of modern. Perfect location, just 2 minutes from the marina. Quiet, friendly and super safe. Just Loved everything about it.

The check out was really early 10am and did not offer any luggage storage options.

"we had a quite nice stay"

very good located, access to all needs (market, bakery, restaurants, beaches)

Allocated parking space was too far away. The apartment could have been cleaned better. Only one of the two toilets could be used because our previous tenant would have broken it. With an occupancy of 6, including two children, this was very impractical. Some kitchen appliances (especially pans) are in need of updating

"Loved Santa Margherita but don’t stay here. Keep looking."

The location was excellent and it had a lift.

The toilets had not been cleaned and they were disgusting. One shower was tiny and the other was in a bath with the fitting not mounted on the wall. The lady next door to one of the bedrooms left her TV on loud and late.
