"Flat management was not good or fiendly."

Property had all necessary equipment in the kitchen, but we haven't been told how to use the dishwasher which we discovered later.

We had to wait the host for the keys for 2.5 hours. We couldn't leave our luggage in the locker. We called the given phone several time but were told that the representative with keys would come at 3:00 PM. He came at 3:20 PM. The management treatment was not good or friendly.
