All was super and exceptional, no issues at all, staff was helpful and very supportive. They guided me all the time and helped with single simple questions right away. Contact with host was exceptional, provided guidance were very helpful to get to the property, I never saw a guide containing over 20 pages :-) Thank you Filippo for everything.

Accoglienza molto premurosa. Casa spaziosa, con tutto l'occorrente per un weekend. Abbiamo anche apprezzato la posizione, un po' fuori da la Spezia per cui silenziosa e con ottima vista. Parcheggio privato appena sotto casa. Il problema della distanza dalla stazione(40 minuti a piedi) è stato risolto facilmente con il consiglio di spostarsi in auto, parcheggiandola gratuitamente allo stadio sportivo, guadagnando così almeno 20 minuti di tempo ed evitando la salita al rientro. In conclusione tutto perfetto per chi, come noi, vuole vistare le cinque terre in un weekend!

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar am Berg, eine typisch ligurische Anfahrt und hat einen wunderbaren Blick über ganz La Spezia. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und bezaubert mit typisch ligurischen Architektur (Terazzo Kachelböden). Es waren die bequemsten Betten aller bisherigen Ferienwohnungen, super sauber und sehr geräumig. Die gute Lage ermöglicht tolle Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und auch die Toskana, aber auch in die Stadt La Spezia, die ein typisch italienisches Nachtleben bietet. Das sollte man unbedingt am Wochenende mit nehmen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns den kompletten Aufenthalt mit Tips unterstützt.
