Its position. Very near the centre of Henley. Had everything we needed.

The dangerous stairs

Location great, a 5 min walk into Henley town centre. We parked up around the corner as recommended by the owners. Comfy house, very cosy. Garden also nice, if we'd stayed longer a BBQ would have been lovely :-)

Nothing really, although the stairs were very narrow and steep, and took some care going up and down!

Clean and comfortable, Lovely quiet,felt like home.

Expensive but unfortunately it was during Henley Regatta, expected $$$ be up there!! I am sure it’s totally reasonable in other times.

Proximity to town centre very good but rather noisy from about 07:00. Nice little sunny garden area for breakfast. Overall condition of property very good.

Stairs very steep and could be a problem for someone not too nimble. Don't understand why the toilet rolls and hairdryer were not kept in the bathroom. Info on refuse collection was not up to date and previous occupants rubbish left in the outside storage area. Although this property is advertised to accommodate four I feel it would be rather cramped for four adults.

Tastefully decorated

Piles of rubbish outside the front door, beginning to to leak and smell as being nibbled torn by animals at night . Some milk in the fridge would be a nice welcome for a cuppa on arrival.

Close to town centre. Had everything we needed :)

Due to the age ofthe house the stairs are steep and narrow. Can't be helped, but requires extra care.
