Was clean and in a good location

Apartment is on top of a restaurant, so one of the rooms smells fish, kitchen is badly equipped, no coffee machine, no ice, no rugs to clean, no trash bags, no iron. I asked for some items like an ice tray and iron, and the host did not care. One of the rooms the A/C was dripping inside the room. I would not stay again.

1. I liked how easy it was to meet with the host at the beginning, to get the keys. 2. I liked the big space on the bedrooms and the location. (15 min walking distance from downtown)

Communication with the host (Wonderful Italy) was very poor. Every time I asked a question, it often took them a full day or more to respond. I also felt uncomfortable—and even somewhat threatened—when they requested information they claimed was missing. This was surprising, as the host had already taken photos of all our documents at check-in. Telling me that I was missing information and that they would report me to the police if I didn’t provide it was extremely rude and made me feel anxious. The air conditioning did not work, and this issue was reported from the very first day. The host repeatedly responded with instructions on how to “fix” it and asked for photos and videos of the problem. After sending everything twice (due to their delayed responses—sometimes two days later), they finally said they would send a technician. A few hours later, I followed up to ask what the technician said. The host replied that the problem couldn't be fixed—this was just one day before our departure. The kitchen was poorly equipped, although this didn’t bother us much since we ate all our meals out.

Very specious and clean, the location was great, beds were very comfortable. I will stay there again with no doubts. The area is very nice a lot of good places to eat.

Everything was good

The location was convenient enough to be close to the most important monuments and at the same time far enough from the center to be very quiet.

We were in 12 people and rented two apartments on the same floor. We really liked the location close to the port. The apartments were spacious and very clean. Ok. 15 -20 min walk from the train station and tourist attractions.

The apartment is located above the restaurant, which involves noise at night. To be endured with the windows closed :)
