Appartement full of light

We received the keys with 45 minutes delay, which was very disturbing for a family travelling with kids. The washing machine does not work, and no support or reply provided when we asked for advice, we were just told to check the house manual, with no further information. The appartement is far from the centre of the city in an area full of construction sites. The price per night is extremely high for a very low standard service.

"Minor changes would lead to perfection"

Everything was great, new building, new equipment, modern, the host was super friendly and helpful with scheduling the check in and out. The only thing that was not great was the shower... It's very easy to flood the entire bathroom...

Beautiful spacious and bright apartment.

Although the apartment has a lot of potrntial, some basics are missing (i.e. bin in the bathroom, no bedside lamps, no dishcloths in the house, etc). A little effort would make the place more homely and cozy
