ESEl apartamento estaba en una buena ubicación, cerca de la estación y no muy lejos de las zonas “turísticas”.
Por la noche la verdad que por esas calles había un poco de gente rara, aunque eso no es problema del alojamiento. Respecto al apartamento, la cama estaba algo hundida, algunos tenedores estaban sucios, creo que es debido a que el último día hay que dejar todo lavado y eso pues igual es algo de “culpa” de los huéspedes que han estado anteriormente. La mesa estaba un poco rota y si 2 personas se apoyan, hace bastante ruido y no se come muy cómodo.

Il fatto di non esserci una tv, ma soprattutto l'assistenza di chi si occupa di consegnare le chiavi ecc. Abbiamo avuto un'esigenza riguardante una sedia rotta che avevano sistemato alla male e peggio,sulla stessa mia moglie stava per cadere, ho fatto presente il fatto a chi ci ha consegnato chiavi, inviando pure una foto, senza avere nessuna risposta, arrangiandomi a sistemare un po la sedia (erano solo due) con attrezzi e legature di emergenza. Questa la parte peggiore del soggiorno.

DEThe position is great, the property manager really friendly and helpful. Nice to have air conditioning and a washing machine. Overall the flat looks cheap for the price: the points above will make me come again only if I find a good offer.
I do not know how the star system works for flats Vs hotels, but definitely here some points to be improved: - please fix the shower, not with the tape :) Even if it works, it looks really cheap; - better beauty products: there is basically one product for all and pls the hairdryer in the bathroom: it took ages to find it; - somehow the bed pillows are different and it is a bit weird; - adjust the price: I understand that business is business and Bologna is killed by overtourism, but I find the price not adequate to the offer. Or... improve the flat :) Not depending on the flat: it is not noise isolated and it might difficult to have a decent sleep. It is an Italian thing: I totally not get why WhatsApp is used Vs platforms. The communication sometimes was a bit too much, even if ALWAYS POLITE.

MTThe location is convenient for the station but it wasn't possible to use the AC (apparently the remote was missing) and the mattress was truly terrible - never been on one that sags so much in the middle - and very uncomfortable to sleep on.
