I do apologise for leaving a negative review but please use this to improve... The bed was horrendous, i am on only 6 foot tall and my feet were off the end. The mattress was probably the most uncomfortable mattress iv ever experienced. Woke up after the first night feeling like i had been hit by a bus (one of those expanding mattresses out of a box i presume?). We could tell the apartment hadn't been properly cleaned as the ashtray on the balcony was full of cigarettes from the last person who occupied the flat. Not to be a snowflake but both my wife and I got ill whilst we were there, perhaps the air-conditioning needs a service?

There were BED BUGS and/or FLEES. Had to move out to another hotel. When we contacted owner, we were told that that wasn’t the case. Horrible experience, no customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Location was good and quiet considering it's a city destination. Supermarket and bus stop (which goes to the train station) fairly nearby. We enjoyed the rooftop views when sitting on the balcony, which was sunny all afternoon and until the sun went down. The apartment is very spacious and easy to live in.

There were a few items of 'disrepair' which could have done with a bit of TLC, the most annoying of which was a leaky shower which flooded the bathroom floor if you were in the shower for anything other than a quick rinse. The 8 flights of stairs to the rooftop apartment were a bit of a challenge when carrying heavy shopping!

The location, fairly central but quiet with some lovely restaurants nearby.

After a wonderful trip to Bologna last year, we returned to this apartment. The incredible terrace views are mesmerising allowing you to witness both sunrise and sunset.

Unclean and unloved. Check the reviews, the toilet seat has been broken since October and nothing has been done about it. The bathroom in general needs investment to bring it to a reasonable standard for guests. There is a lot of dust around the flat suggesting that it never really gets a proper clean.

Well maintained with clean toilets and good provisions. Also, a nice view from the balcony. very accessible and walkable to all the important landmarks.

it is good for 3 people. we had 2 adults and 2 teenage kids (17,16) and there wasn’t much space. the sofa was converted into a bed and that was not good for two people.

Good location, quiet street. Nice terraces. Spacious for two.

Cleaning lacked a bit. Kitchen not well equipped.
