Pessimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo, per questa cifra ci si aspetta che il servizio accoglienza e assistenza sia almeno passabile. I condizionatori non funzionano e il problema non è stato risolto pur essendoci molto caldo. Ci è stato risposto che funzionavano ma garantisco di no. L'appartamento non è curato nei dettagli, sembra un posto messo lí per fare soldi.

Appartamento molto carino, vicino al centro. In zona ci sono anche parcheggi liberi.

Pessima la gestione per la consegna chiavi, dovrebbero prevedere un locker per il ritiro, abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi mezz’ora con tre bambini. Pulizia non soddisfacente, c’era odore persistente di fumo appena si entrava in appartamento e sul balcone c’erano sigarette nel posacenere. Avevamo prenotato la culla che al nostro arrivo era chiusa e soprattutto mancavano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani per il bambino. Inoltre mancava il piumino per uno dei due letti singoli. Gestione pessima per segnalare la cosa, la persona che ci ha dato le chiavi non aveva idea di come fare e ci ha detto di chiamare call center. Chiamati subito ma al secondo giro ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero portato il tutto il giorno dopo. Questo non è lavorare bene. Per una notte ci siamo dovuti arrabattare

Die Lage war "gewöhnungsbedürftig". In diesem Viertel gab es kaum Bewohner europäischer Herkunft. Trotzdem haben wir, zwei Frauen in den 70ern, uns nie unwohl gefühlt. Während rundherum ältere, nicht renovierte Häuser standen, war unser Haus in neuer Zeit vollständig und super renoviert worden. Die Terrasse ging in einen ruhigen Innenhof und war daher unser bevorzugter Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung war vollständig, wenn wir uns auch ein bisschen Waschpulver und Spülmaschinentabs gewünscht hätten, um nicht ganze Pakete kaufen zu müssen. Tipp: mitbringen. Ansonsten tolle Anbindung an den ÖPNV und die große Markthalle fünf Gehminuten, das Zentrum 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

Als wir ankamen hatte wir nur Laken zum Zudecken, obwohl die Nächte mittlerweile schon kühler wurden. Auf unsere Beschwerde am nächsten Morgen kann tatsächlich am Nachmittag eine Decke, die zweite allerdings erst nach mehrfachem Mahnen am dritten Tag. Danach haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Since we went at the height of summer, when quite a few buildings are shuttered and lots of locals are away I have not idea what the place is like when the city resumes its ordinary life.

Manque un micro-onde

Unica nota positiva è la terrazza, sebbene dia sul giardino interno e sul muro dell’edificio di fronte, non permettendo alcuna visuale sulla città.

Abbiamo prenotato e saldato una sistemazione per 4 persone, ma al nostro arrivo ci siamo subito trovati davanti a una situazione a dir poco inaccettabile. Nonostante i numerosi scambi di email precedenti, l’operatrice ci ha accolti chiedendoci scusa solo dopo averci comunicato che la struttura era stata “preparata” per 3 persone, non per 4 come richiesto e confermato. Nella seconda stanza il divano letto, che avrebbe dovuto ospitare almeno due persone, era allestito in modo del tutto insufficiente. Solo un letto era disponibile, e il secondo non era nemmeno stato estratto dalla sua base; il materasso era semplicemente appoggiato sopra il divano aperto, in condizioni palesemente trascurate e disordinate. L’operatrice ci ha comunicato che sarebbe arrivata un’impresa di pulizie per “finire la sistemazione”, ma, dovendo andare a un concerto, questa sarebbe dovuta intervenire in nostra assenza, cosa che lascia francamente perplessi. Al nostro rientro, alle due di notte, nessuno aveva risolto la situazione: il letto non era stato fatto né sistemato, il kit da letto aggiuntivo non era stato consegnato, così come la dotazione bagno per la quarta persona. In conclusione, nonostante le chat, le chiamate e le continue segnalazioni, per tre giorni due persone hanno dovuto dividersi un solo kit di lenzuola, dormendo appoggiati su di esso e non direttamente sul materasso, usando una vecchia tovaglia macchiata trovata in un cassetto della camera matrimoniale. Per coprire il cuscino della seconda stanza è stato utilizzato il solo asciugamano viso presente. Nonostante le richieste di far venire l’impresa di pulizie o l’operatrice a verificare personalmente la situazione, il call center ha continuato a ripetere che per loro non vi era alcuna criticità da sanare. Un’organizzazione inesistente, una totale mancanza di rispetto per gli ospiti e una gestione pessima che sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi serietà e professionalità.

The place could have been cleaner e.g rugs. The balcony floor had not been washed or mopped. There was only one socket at the worktop in the kitchen so that the kettle had to be unplugged to plug in the toaster. The description said a fully equipped kitchen, not so. Coffee pot was broken. There was an induction hob but coffee pot was not suited to use with the hob. Teapot had no handle. No lids for pots/saucepans. There were no cereal bowls, no wine glasses, no sharp knife, no tea cloths, no cloths to wipe up spills in kitchen or bathroom. I contacted Wonderful Italy to detail what was not provided. A coffee pot, wine glasses and a lid to fit one pot was provided. When I asked about others items particularly a teapot I was told it could not be replaced. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 people. When I asked for clean sheets for the single bed I was told there was an additional cost of 20 Euro. When I explained that we were staying for 2 weeks and expected a change, I was told“We are not a hotel, if you want other linen you have to pay extra”. I took no pleasure in spending time ringing or sending messages asking for things that should have been in the apartment. Myself and my friend certainly will not be staying in an apartment owned or managed by Wonderful Italy.

Thank you it was an amazing apartment especially for a family with a doggie. Everything was new and clean! Location was great in terms of being close to the city center however I would say the neighborhood is not the best one. All in all we had a great time staying in this apartment and the host was very helpful and kind. We do strongly recommend!

The only thing I would point out is the lack of cutting knives in the apartment and a bit of mold on the side of the window in the smaller room with single beds. The room with the king bed was really beautiful and clean as well!
