Casa White by Wonderful Italy

When we arrived, things were very smooth, easy access to the unit, etc. Upon entering, I smelled the strong odor of black mold growing. The shower and bathroom floor were inundated with black mold. I contacted their local office by using WhatsApp and did not get a reply so I walked the 1 mile to the office and confronted them in person. I told them that it was unacceptable to have the mold as it poses the health risk for many individuals and that they had till the next morning to have it cleaned. They offered to do that and if I was not satisfied, they would refund my money. The next morning, the little cleaning lady showed up and spent hours cleaning that bathroom. It was usable when she finished, but it wasn't to my standard. The primary reason is the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work and there is no window. This is in violation of Italian building codes and most building codes in the western world. But that place had a great location! It had a balcony overlooking the main thoroughfare for people frequent in the restaurants and bars. Fun and lively!

S ubytováním jsme byli velmi nespokojeni, již při příjezdu byla velmi špatná komunikace s ubytovatelem. Chyběl jeden ručník, který nám po urgenci dodali, ale prosily jsme domácí, aby nám poskytl ještě jedno prostěradlo, ale vůbec se neozval. Apartmán také nebyl moc příjemný a čistý. V ložnici není vůbec okno, kterým by se dalo větrat. Což nebylo příjemné hlavně v noci. Sprchový kout nese již také známky značného opotřebení. Na stránkách bylo uvedeno, ze apartmán je vybaven televizí, která ovšem nefungovala. Velmi nemilého zážitku jsme se ovšem dočkaly ve čtvrtek večer, 11.9., kdy jsme na kuchyňské lince, na sporáku objevily živého švába. Podařilo se nám ho chytit pod skleničku a potom jsme ho zabily. Ještě tentýž večer jsem všechno i s přiloženou fotografií odeslala na Whatsapp paní domácí. Zprávu si přečetla až následující den a odpověděla, že nemůže ručit za hmyz, který jsme chytily na balkone. Požadovaly jsme alespoň nějakou minimální kompenzaci. Paní domácí se nám ani za tuto skutečnost neomluvila a ani jinak již nereagovala. Přikládám fotografie naší konverzace a také švába, kterého jsme, opakuji, chytily uvnitř apartmánu, v kuchyni, na kuchyňské lince. Ještě chci napsat, ze jsme na lince neměly vůbec žádné potraviny.

non offrono la possibilità di buttare l'immondizia giorno per giorno ma si è costretti a portarla all'isola ecologica. Inoltre, non hanno risposto quando avevamo problemi di wifi e non ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli post check-out.

Ottima per una settimana in coppia: appartamento piccolo ma accogliente (come in foto), c’era tutto l’occorrente per cucinare e pulire, compresi saponi doccia, mani e detersivo lavatrice. Apprezzatissimi gli ombrelloni per la spiaggia. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti da spiaggia e centro. Via animata con locali, ma non abbiamo mai sentito rumore.

Di negativo nulla, solo puntualizzazioni: Non hai contatto con nessun host, viene fatto tutto tramite pin, foto, link e informazioni tramite whatsapp (non c’è lo aspettavamo ma è stato ottimo ugualmente perché tutto dettagliato nei vari messaggi). Non prende la linea telefonica, ma Wi-Fi super funzionalmente a disposizione. L’unica “finestra” è il balcone che si vede nella foto in cucina.

En otros alojamientos del estilo, pese a ser todo vía telemática, si que han sabido tratar mejor, pero esta compañía no.

La posizione è molto comoda L’appartamento era abbastanza pulito e fornito di ciò che serviva per cucinare, abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza di ombrelloni per la spiaggia È stata molto apprezzata la presenza di detersivi per lavare i vestiti e di saponi per mani, corpo e capelli e anche di un paio di bottigliette d’acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo

Sarebbe necessario sistemare il portoncino ai piedi delle scale Le dimensioni della camera non sono comodissime Farei trovare dei sacchetti altrimenti risulta difficile fare la raccolta differenziata Un’altra cosa è sicuramente che data la presenza di sale sembra impossibile non ci sia dell’olio anche perchè risulta difficile anche comprarlo dato che costa per 1 litro di olio che tanto non viene utilizzato Nei cassetti della cucina c’era un cattivo odore Sistemerei il contenitore delle chiavi fuori dalla casa è stato veramente difficile aprirlo e prendere le chiavi e non è stato neanche chiaro dove lasciarle una volta finito il soggiorno

Nice spot in the center of the town, great little get away for a solo traveler or couple. You are right in the heart of the bars and shops and easy walk to the beach. The little balcony sits two so you can sit outside with a wine in the evenings! Washing machine was handy to :)

It is the basics, it's all you need to come home and sleep and make some food but it is only the essentials, towels are provided but bring your own beach ones! No parking as you are in the historic town, loads of big public car parks near the beach or you can hunt for some free spots outside the restricted parking area.

Appartamento completo di tutto. In centro e a due passi dalla spiaggia.

The place is in the center of Cefalu, everything is very close to the placeshops restaurants etc.

The bed annd the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the air condition was working poorly.
