Vittorio Emanuele apartment with terrace by Wonderful Italy

Pro: posizione ottima, in fondo a via Vittorio Emanuele, comoda per esplorare il centro storico, vicina a bar e ristoranti (anche per la colazione ci sono un paio di bar e anche un Famila supermercato con bistrot per es. prendere caffè e brioche da asporto); spazi della casa ampi e comodi, un bel salone, una grande cucina, un bel tavolo grande per mangiare insieme, camere da letto di dimensioni più che buone; terrazzino molto grazioso; asciugamani e lenzuola forniti morbidi e puliti; arredamento molto carino, con libri ovunque (anche per bimbi) che la sera è un piacere sfogliare; buonissima pulizia degli ambienti; presenza di posate e stoviglie in cucina; riscaldamento abbastanza facile da gestire (non so dire sull'aria condizionata); buon numero di armadiature, cassetti e appendini in giro per la casa; presenza di phon con diffusore e beccuccio in bagno, veramente un plus; wifi perfetta ovunque in casa.

Contro: terzo piano senza ascensore (era scritto nell'annuncio ma non si capiva dalle foto), le prima rampe sono larghe e fattibili ma l'ultima è abbastanza stretta, sconsiglio se viaggiate con over 60 o comunque con persone con difficoltà motorie di qualsiasi tipo oppure se avete intenzione di soggiornare qui per un po' di tempo dovendo quindi portare su la spesa e le valigie grandi; nel bagno del piano di sotto non c'è il bidet; il piano di sopra con due delle tre camere da letto veramente rumoroso di notte (ovviamente abbiamo dormito con gli abbaini chiusi ma abbiamo sentito davvero di tutto, credo che da quel lato l'appartamento si affacci su un bar o comunque una zona trafficata perché davvero nel weekend fino all'alba c'erano rumori); cuscini sottilissimi; assenza di extra coperte negli armadi o nelle cassettiere; viene consegnata solo 1 copia delle chiavi quindi bisogna organizzarsi per uscite e rientri in gruppo; è tutto molto digitalizzato, dal pre check in alla gestione della casa alla comunicazione con i gestori, non necessariamente un male ma anche in questo caso se viaggiate con persone non molto giovani tenetelo da conto; assenza di tutto a parte posate e stoviglie in cucina! Mancano un canovaccio, sale zucchero e olio (che sinceramente in un appartamento trovo indispensabili), una macchinetta del caffè decente (quella che c'è è molto vecchia e assolutamente non fa un buon caffè). A proposito di caffè, al momento del check in abbiamo fatto notare come ci fossero solo due capsule del caffè (noi eravamo in 5) e che se possibile ne avremmo volute altre per le mattine seguenti, e ci è stato risposto di contattare su whatsapp i colleghi della Wonderful Italy che avrebbero fatto il rifornimento, cosa che abbiamo fatto: su whatsapp però ci hanno risposto "Di solito nel welcome kit forniamo una prima scorta di questi articoli, ma una volta terminata sarà l’ospite a dover provvedere al suo rifornimento".

Super Appartement. Super Lage. Großzügig. 3 separate Schlafzimmer. 2 Bäder. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr gut funktionierende Heizung! 3 mini Balkone+Dachterasse!

Wir haben, auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage nur 1 Schlüssel erhalten. Ein zusätzliches Set Schlüssel wäre SEHR sinnvoll. Vor allem bei einer Wohnung, die theoretisch für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist. Die 4 Treppen sind ok...aber definitiv nicht für Menschen mit Einschränkungen oder ältere Menschen mit Atem- oder Herz Problemen. Durch die Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist es, besonders am Wochenende und an Feiertagen, vor allem in den oberen Zimmern unter dem Dach SEHR LAUT, oft bis 4 Uhr morgens.

Location is great

The facility requires some urgent maintenance. Towel rails falling off the wall. Door handles falling off door. Cupboards hard to open. It's advertised as being on the third floor, it is 81 steps, the equivalent of 5th floor. No initial coffee or tea.

The bright open spaces. The comfortable rooms. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The old school steps up. Note, there are a lot of steps up.

Having only one set of keys

Absolutely beautiful apartment, location and size of the apartment just no 1.

Tolles Apartment in sehr guter Lage zum Strand und zum Bummeln durch die Stadt. Carmen ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sehr gutes Frühstück serviert. Jeden Morgen gibt es einen anderen selbstgebackenen Kuchen.

Mir war die Matraze ein bisschen zu hart.

Nothing

Horrible, unsanitary, unsafe, hazardous, rude staff, disgusting apartment and disgusting entry, stinky garbage meet you, ceiling falling apart, roaches, misleading advertisement, super high on the roof apartment. Nasty, rude staff , bunch of crooks. We didn't even stay in apartment, that how nasty it was. Stuff just ignored our request for a refund. So bad that we went to the police and placed a report. Stuff refused to refund us. Stinky, filthy dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Just safe your hard earned money, go elsewhere. This "Wonderful Italy" are just bunch of liers and crooks. And what's even worse that booking.com doesn't help, they are on the staff side. We paid $3800 for two weeks stay but didn't even move in and got no refund. Stay away from booking.com and this Wonderful Italy.

The home was nice and in a great location. We were right in the heart of the city close to restaurants, shops, and groceries. The home was large and nice. We appreciated there were a lot of kids toys which our kids appreciated.

The floors were a bit dusty and it would be nice to include kitchen essentials such as paper towel, salt/pepper, and olive oil.

The location is very good, close to historical sites and restaurants.

The location and the apartment size was good for 5 people, however it is onnthe top floor without the lift.
