L’emplacement

La cuisine avec le canapé lit trop exiguë. Le branchement des appareils menagers et leur fonctionnement très médiocre La bouilloire et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnaient pas .Le grill pain inexistant .

"Un apartamento muy agradable empañado por la limpieza y el ruido"

El apartamento está bien ubicado, cerca de la Mole y cerca de varios tipos de trasporte público. Tiene un supermercado enfrente, bares y restaurantes. El apartamento tiene lo indispensable para pasar unos días y cubrir las necesidades, es cómodo. Una pena encontrármelo sucio y el ruido de la calle

Me disgustó mucho la limpieza del apartamento, no habían ni barrido ,ni fregado ni limpiado el baño, tuve que hacerlo yo. Estaba el suelo lleno de pelos y pelusas y el WC y el lavabo también. En el armario había un pantalón del inquilino anterior colgado y sucio. En cuanto al ruido hay que tener en cuenta que es un bajo y da a la calle y a un patio interior. Hay mucho ruido tanto de la calle como de los vecinos que entran y salen así como del vecino de arriba que hasta altas horas de la madrugada se le oía andar por el piso y mover muebles , no descansamos nada en las 3 noches. Además la calefacción es centralizada y no pudimos ponerla porque era cosa del edificio y para nosotros por la noche hacia un poco de frio
