The view of the canal and its proximity to via indipendenza without the crowds

The curtains in the living room are practically falling down, it doesn’t cost much to fix them up with new hooks. There’s no curtain in the bedroom and people can see you unless you close the blinds but it’s completely dark then. The toilet flush was leaking and the plumber wasn’t able to fix it. The constant noise is kinda annoying. There are no oven mittens and I had to ask for a kitchen towel because I only got given bathroom towels. The lady I met at check in had no manners and it’s stressful to receive constant messages about meeting times when it all depends from public transport.

Przestronny apartament z bardzo ładnym widokiem na kanał, blisko centrum. Ciepło i cicho. W pobliżu supermarket, pizzeria, kawiarnie.

Drobne rzeczy: woda w spłuczce nadal cieknie (ktoś już o tym wspomniał). W łazience nie działa żadne oświetlenie, jest wstawiona lampa z pokoju. Wąż prysznicowy ledwo się trzyma (jakby co to sklep hydrauliczny parę metrów od obiektu). Piekarnik nie działa. Zasłony/firanki ledwo wiszą. Ekspres trzeba odkamienić, bo kawa ledwo leci. Szkoda, że obsługa nie czyta tych informacji, bo wystarczy kilka minut pracy i będzie bardzo dobrze. Niezbyt komfortowe jest to, że trzeba się umawiać na konkretną godzinę, aby odebrać klucz. Lepszym rozwiązaniem byłaby skrytka na kod.

A Wonderful Italy részéről Antonella fogadott minket a kapuban. Előtte és utána végig a héten Whatsapp-on kommunikáltunk. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Az idegenforgalmi adót mindjárt ki is tudtuk fizetni. Lehet kézpénzben és kártyával is. Az elhelyezkedés és a lakás tájolása nagyon jó. Csöndes, nem utcára nyíló. Mindennel felszerelt. A WC még csöpögött, de becsuktuk az ajtót és nem zavart. Só és cukor most sem volt, de kértünk egy szomszédtól, otthagytuk egy kis csészében, remélem nem dobták ki :) WC papírból kevés volt, de van az utca végén egy Conad, ott lehet venni. A zuhanyzó is teljesen jó volt. Kaptunk bőven törölközőket és tusfürdőt. Volt hajszárító. Mosogatáshoz nem volt most sem tisztítószer és konyharuha, amivel eltöröljük, de megoldottuk :) A fűtés is szuper módon működött. A lépcsőház és környék lakásai nyugisak. Van a cégnek saját csomagmegőrzője (via Guerazzi, 19), de nekünk messze volt, kb. 1,5 km (16-18 perc). Illetve sziesztia idején 13-16 óra között zárva voltak, ami meg normális. Egyébként is a vasútállomástól akartunk taxival kimenni a repülőtérre, így inkább letettük a csomagokat a vasútállomáson lévő megőrzőbe. 6 euro/csomag. Szóval ez sem volt akkora gond, megoldottuk.

A mosogatógép még mindig nem működött. Néha a programot se vette be, amikor igen, akkor se indult el. Meg kellene javítani.

Maintenance issues were needed eg, dishwasher wasn’t working so dishes washed manually. Thats ok nut no tea towels provided to dry dishes. Also their cleanliness was determined by the standard of the previous tenant. The toilet had a small stream of water running constantly- waste of water and assumedly costly for owner. TV. Only some channels available, all in Italian . The curtains in the kitchen / sitting room had f fallen of their hooks and were hanging freely looking most unattractive. The balcony is off the bathroom- ok, however it would have been nice if there was a little table and two chairs there so it could be used. I reported all issues to Wonderful Italy, and Alessio the local representative who was very helpful. I also think it would be nice to have some salt, pepper and sugar supplied. Some coffee was supplied. Also some tourist information.

The location is great, right in the city center — everything is close: museums, train stations, supermarkets. I especially enjoyed the view to the canal, it was really lovely. Having a washing machine in the apartment was also a big bonus. The Internet connection is also great, if you need to work.

I enjoyed my stay overall, although there were a couple of small things that could be improved: unfortunately, the oven and kettle didn’t work during my stay, and the sink drained a bit slowly. Also, it would be more convenient if the garbage disposal was handled by the cleaning service, since it’s not very convenient before departure. The Emerald Card for mixed waste isn't available in the apartment, so you have to separate everything yourself — it would have been helpful to have this card. None of these were major issues, but improving them would make the experience even better.

Very nice apartment. Cool view over the canal and everything was very clean and high quality.

We had to wait around until 4:00 PM to check-in, later than the listed time. It was an extremely late check-in time and also a very early check-out. If you only stay one night, the window of time you get to stay in the property is very short. I recommend the hosts to allow earlier check-in and later check-out if possible. Also, the property listed that they had one bed and one pull-out sofa bed in the living room. I booked for two people, with the intent to sleep in separate beds, but they would not provide us with bedding for the living room bed. This was annoying and unnecessary, forcing me to share a bed with my friend or sleep on the sofa without bedding.
