"There's room for improvement"

Location - 10 out of 10. Apartment has italian vibes so we really liked it. The person in charge of the rental - only good recommendations. We were able to check in earlier and check out later than at 10 am. So communication is also 10 out of 10. I would rate the apartment 5, but location and personel was great.

We really liked the location and italian vibes of the apartment but there is a HUGE BUT. There was no kitchen towel or paper towel in the kitchen. Toilet paper - it was not enough. Plinth was not fixed well in the bedroom. Plates were with some stains.The apartment was not cleaned very well. Over all - nice apartment but it looks like some renovation is needed, also they should clean it properly.
