Very comfortable apartment with good facilities.

It was extremely at the center of the town and we really liked it . Vintage style and had lots of space for our clothes as well

4 piani di scale senza ascensore ma sopratutto la puzza dallo scarico del bagno che pervade l’abitazione. Ci sarà un problema idraulico. In una delle stanze da letto c’è solo una lampada funzionante e le finestre non hanno oscuranti per cui non si riesce ad avere il buio che serve per dormire. Ci sono dischi ma un giradischi che non funziona e la tv non prende più di 5/6 canali. L’host è assente, dopo averci dato le chiavi e promesso indicazioni pratiche sul soggiorno e’ sparito. Ho provato a contattarlo ma non mi ha più risposto. Ci hanno chiesto di smaltire l’immondizia con un messaggio ma nessuna spiegazione sul come farlo. Con un po di manutenzione ed un host più attento e disponibile sarebbe da consigliare. Così com’è non va bene!

Smelly drains in the bathroom; broken and unsafe electrical fixtures eg on socket hanging loose out of the wall in one of the bedrooms .

Location was perfect, just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, unfortunately it was the last floor without lift, we knew about it but didn’t expect the highest floors in all world

Communication with Company was LESS then ZERO.!!! Because of luck of communication we had to spent extra $150 for hotel. The person delivering keys was not only 28 min late, she was very rude and very arrogant. There was no pillowcases for extra pillows.

The location is extremely central. The apartment has a beautiful vintage style, and there are some vintage systems for listening to music, also via bt. This is really nice. You can open a good wine and put Miles Davis on for example.

It's a bit of a hike to the floor where the apartment is, but is not a big problem.

It’s close to the city centre

There are exactly 91 steps to the apartment, no mention when booking! On our second day the power went out and when I called the host he dismissed me saying that we had to go to the cellar to check the salvavita. No cellsr and he was rather annoyed that we woke him up at 10:30am and had to come, turns out the fridge was tripping. Forget about all of us having a warm shower. The first shower that one has is fine, the other people have to take a cold shower. The apartment needs a good cleaning( very dusty) and needs airing ( musty smell)

We came to Bologna in the winter and it was great having a place in the heart of the city where we (parents and kids) could rest a little take a short break and then 'jump' back to the lively city we were discovering. It was nice and warm, very clean , nice beds, the kitchen with dishwasher was super helpful and the location is the best!

We had few things to take up, as we travel light and could wash our clothes here, but if you are coming with a big suitcase, you will have to carry it four floors up. Also, keep the toilet door closed, some smells can come out of it.
