The location is great. The flat has been recently renovated. It’s clean and modern. But the rain shower was already broken.

The check in was very difficult. I had to call maybe 10 times to make sure I could get the key. They had an issue with their online service provider. But the worst is that it is describe as a flat with air conditioning. It has never worked. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights as it was around 26degrees in the flat. But even worst, there is no A/C in the bedroom, only in the living room. Even if it would have worked, the bedroom would have been way too hot. So the description of the flat is not really accurate and in summer, it will be impossible to sleep as you cannot even open the windows as it is on the ground floor. The solution of the customer service was to way for someone to come and check the A/C. Meaning I come to Verona to way inside a dark and hot flat. At the end, we wanted you to visit and preferred to not sleep a 2nd night but visit the beautiful city. And on top of that, there is very loud renovation happening in front of your windows and you can hear the drilling all day long.

Location is perfect, next to Arena and Verona centre. Self check in easy. You feel like at home. I would stay next time and recomend for my friends. Thank you.
