Det varme vand var lidt ustabilt.

Centralt beliggende med altan til baggård.. 10-15 min gåtur til absolutte centrum. Masser af spisesteder meget nært. Vinbar ved siden af hoveddøren, men ingen larm på altanen

Nice clean property in busy street with many bars and restaurants. Quiet as at back of building. Very effective air conditioning.

Shower temperature was impossible to control. Balcony was very hot and could do with a canopy or sun shade. Balcony furniture very basic and 1 of the 2 chairs was broken.

We liked the location, it is close to everything and the balcony has a nice view above the houses.

The balcony should use a roof, because either is sunny or it rains, you can't use it and it's a shame because is the main attraction. Another thing that bothered us was the noise, the walls are very thin and you can hear every step and every time a door is closed in the building (and the neighbors were very noisy). And the last thing we recommend is a self check in, so regardless the hour of arrival, to not depend on someone for the key - we arrived pretty late and had to pay a late check in tax for 20 euros.

This was outstanding! We didnt mind the third floor without elevator, and you get the real feel of BO since all the best places are around and center is very near. Agents are very kind and helpful!
