Agatea a due passi dal Duomo by Wonderful Italy

Lokalizacja- blisko centrum, duża przestrzeń - dla 2 osób wręcz za dużo wyposażenie mieszkania - sprzęt do prania, prasowania, gotowania, pieczenia, podgrzewania, do fitnessu ( bieżnia i małe ciężarki), duże okna co nie jest wcale oczywiste w centrum Catanii, dobry i szybki kontakt z obsługą.

Pozostawione w szfladach różne stare rzeczy niektore zapomniane przez gości inne to mało przydatne starocie. Odpływ z jednego z pryszniców był mało drożny, a spłuczka oprócz zwykłego spłukiwania ciągle przelewała wode- marnotrawstwo. Brakowało nam w kuchni gąbki czy ścierki. W aplikacji jest informacja o zmywarce - niestety takowej nie znaleźliśmy w mieszkaniu - wprowadzenie w błąd klienta, proszę uaktualnić. Brak odkurzacza a szczotka do zamiatania stara i wypadała z trzonka co utrudnia pozostawienie w czystości mieszkania po wyjeździe . Poduszki na kanapie jak i mały koc wymagają regularnego odświeżania.

The property's location is highly advantageous, situated near the city center. The apartments are well-equipped, providing all necessary amenities for comfortable living. Our eleven-night stay was entirely satisfactory.

We should get a bunch of little stuff, like dish soap, mops, trash bags, and toilet paper.

The location was excellent, literally steps from the amazing Castello Ursino, and the apartment was HUGE! It wasn't very fancy or aesthetic, but one thing that struck me - my grandparents were from Sicily but lived in the US, and walking into this apartment really reminded me of going to their house, homey, not "hotel-y". After traveling for a couple weeks, I really appreciated being able to do laundry, though it would have helped to have some laundry detergent onsite. Had to buy a huge bottle to do one load! I loved the little Delonghi coffee machine - super easy. The kitchen was very sleek and modern, though I didn't really use it. The bed was the most comfortable I've had this entire trip. And there was a nice collection of Italian books to browse. My Italian's not great, but I'm learning and it's fun to try new books.

Check in was pretty nerve-wracking arriving on a late flight, getting a taxi, and waiting to meet a stranger in a narrow dark unfamiliar street with a locked door. Once inside, everything was fine and Raf was helpful. The lighting situation could have been better. Some lights didn't work or were hard to find in windowless hallways. Finally, the trash situation was confusing (for an American unaccustomed to Italian trash systems). If I were living here, I'm sure I'd figure it out, but for guests staying only a couple days, it might be better to just let the proprietors take out the trash on the proper day in the proper bag in the proper colored bin.

A bottle of water and a few coffee pods to use in coffee maker. Location was good and quite central. Spacious accommodation. Convenience of having two bathrooms. Kitchen had adequate supplies of crockery, cutlery and cooking pots. To gain access into building and the apartment from street you had to use door key. Then take lift to second floor and use another key to enter inner hallway before using actual door key to apartment. Adequate towels provided. Air con worked a treat. Washing machine in bathroom was easy to use. There was little supermarket near by you could purchase provisions.

In main bedroom the balcony is at 90 degree angle to the neighbour’s balcony. Hope it was a temporary solution, but a standard lamp was set up next to handbasin in en suite bathroom because main light didn’t work. Only main light worked in bedroom. Bedside lights didn’t work. The shower hose was leaking quite a bit in en suite but didn’t really affect the shower pressure. We could not get sofa bed to pull out to make bed up. Think there’s a problem with mechanism. A nice touch would have been a welcome pack, perhaps milk bread water butter.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very spacious and in an excellent location. Well equipped and easy to access. Bed is comfortable and since there were 3 of us, it was useful that we had 2 bathrooms. I would recommend it!

Well, not that we didn't like, but we got only one set of towels and we were there for 5 nights. There is a washing machine, but it would be more comfortable if we hadn't had to use it. Also, the cooker runs on gas, so check weather the bottle is full (we ran out of gas day after we arrived).

Nice big and new apartment close to city center. Good cooperation with management. Easy access to best places in Catania. Well organised kitchen with all necessary equipment. Heating by air conditioner working well. Have some small issues to improve but in general good apartment for reasonable price.

All fine, except some small equipment defects which can be fixed by the owner.
