""Wonderful Italy" service - NOT RECOMMENDED"

I'm giving my 3 stars for the following advantages: - location (close to the Railway Station, relatively close to the City Center) - room space - bigger than a standard hotel room, which was surprising. It's actually a small apartment with 2 rooms (bedroom & kitchen/living room) and a pretty big bathroom. - equipment - all you need in the kitchen for eating & cooking; TV; hair dryer; umbrellas

WORST SERVICE ever: The place is managed by "Wonderful Italy" - a network with apartments to book. It should guarantee a good quality service, unfortunately, it was the opposite. - no reception at the place. They only came for the check-in. I.e. there is no one available if you need smthg after that. They offer online support only, which turned out to be ZERO support. And also: - no place to leave your luggage after the required early check-out (10:00 AM!). Consider paying for luggage place service nearby - no cleaning for the whole 6-night stay, no changing of towels/sheets - 2 tiny toilet paper rolls for 6 days, for 2 people (women!!!), seriously?!! LOL - cleanliness: dishes & utensils-dirty or not well cleaned; messy blankets in the wardrobe - it makes you doubt the cleanliness at all. - solid blinds - stuck - so no sunlight & fresh air at all - fees for everything: late check-in fees (20eu after 8PM, 40eu after 00:00), even if the required check-out is so early (10AM)...ok, it was clear before booking. But when at the place, discover also: 20eu for extra towel or sheet - bad customer service - as said, online customer support only - a modern & very comfy way to ignore people, 'cause you don't have face-to-face contact. You can write to the support, but they rarely answer or replies are useless. We had a 6-day stay and 2 basic issues: not enough toilet paper (LOL) and we couldn't open the blinds. We wrote on day 2 first to the check-in guy and waited - no answer. We wrote to their support number. Got useless instructions for the blinds, as they were stuck and didn't lift. The toilet paper issue - got an auto-reply on Day 6 (our last day there!), if all's fine and when will we check-out? Guys, seriously?! We wrote an angry reply that it's not fine and to please at least read our old messages. Reply: sorry, we provide only 1 standard toilet paper roll.

Bed very comfortable. Nice shower. Spacious flat for couple

Terrible smell in bathroom. Sofa uncomfortable. Stains in walls and kitchen cabinets.
