The apartment is bigger than expected and has an exceptional view!! The facilities were fantastic, there is everything you need for a stay. The staff that checked us in and out were lovely and very informative as to where things were and good places to visit. We would absolutely stay again!

The dishwasher didn’t work and the air con unit in the bedroom didn’t work but it didn’t affect our stay!

Size. It was huge. Wish we could have stayed a month or two. Amazing value for the size.

Non responsive staff. Large company runs it and could not care any less about our needs. WiFi did not work for 2 days until we found it hidden in and upstairs cabinet and plugged it in. We asked every few hours for help with it and the “company just gave us the same ID and password over and over like we were talking to AI. The upstairs bathroom smelled like sewage. Same non-response for two days. We finally poured boiling soapy water into the bidet and that solved it. We requested sheets for the sofa bed and never received them.

Very spacious apartment with a wonderful view of the sea. It was a home from home with a very well equipped kitchen. The seating in the lounge area was very comfortable and the furnishings were all very high standard. The location was perfect for exploring the town or for relaxing and watching the sunset.

The location is very convenient, it is close to the old town and the view from the window is nice. Also the apartment is very spacious.

The heating/air conditioning was not working at all. The radiators were very old and clearly broken. It was cold in the apartment and the towels would not dry.The dishwasher was also broken. The information about facilities in the apartment was incorrect and misleading.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful place. I stayed there for two weeks in January working remotely — everything was perfect, both the apartment and the staff support.

Wonderful Italy Hub chat (WhatsApp) - very, very poor.... Before our flight to Sicily is was promised to book reasonably priced taxi ready to airport - never got any confirmation for booking - asked for it several time before flight. Well; there was no taxi ready for us... During our stay I asked couple of times about this unfortunately issue, and also about some other minor things - but we never got any answers to our questions - only some "jargon".... Not to mention that they even apologized / or admitted a mistake when they promised to order a taxi ready.
