La ubicación es en el centro histórico de Catania. El apartamento es cómodo, aunque presenta la dificultad de que los dos baños están en la planta superior, y el quinto integrante de nuestro grupo quedaba aislado en la planta baja. Contar con lavadora es un punto a favor, y el espacio para colgar ropa en el patio interior ayuda mucho. También había café para la máquina, lo que es una gentileza de agradecer. Se destaca la limpieza del apartamento.

Tuvimos muchas dificultades para llegar al lugar, ya que el nombre de la calle se repite y fuimos a dar a 9 km de allí. Nos enviaron un video por whatsapp con las instrucciones, pero se borró una vez abierto, son detalles a cuidar. En una de las llamadas al anfitrión, nos dio una numeración equivocada y después no hubo más comunicación. Con la ayuda de unos empleados del restaurante cercano, pudimos encontrar el número correcto, que era el que figuraba en Booking. Deberían informar que hay dos baños en suite, el apartamento es ideal para dos matrimonios, pero no para 5 personas. Al desplegar el sillón cama de planta baja, el espacio se reduce considerablemente, la mesa queda apretada y se desayuna por turnos. Falta mantenimiento en los baños, no me refiero a limpieza, sino a revisar las instalaciones cuando se retiran los inquilinos. En el primer día nos quedamos sin ducha en uno de los baños, envié las fotos, pero no hubo reacción. Adjunto las mismas fotos que envié al arrendador. Creo que con algunos simples retoques se puede brindar al huésped una mejor experiencia.

Freshly remodeled apartement with two bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen downstairs. Located just steps away from the pedestrian area of Catania. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms.

The apartement only has tinted windows, becasuse the yard which is located in is not very pretty, thus you do do not want to use the balcony, which is also very narrow, no chairs etc. The host is big company, sending annoying whatsapps and emails all the time, but no information on how to get the keys. For this I had to call them, which was quite hard, and no direct connection to the person delivering the keys. We had to wait half an hour. Also they forgot to send us the user manual, with wifi codes etc. There are a few details unfinished in the remodeling, and they still store some building materials in the apartement

There wasn't any trash can in the kitchen so we had to collect trash in plastic trash bags stored on the floor in the kitchen Very early check out Sometimes there was no warm water in both bathrooms In one of the bathroom the shower couldn't be hanged and there was no shelf for toiletries Only 2 toilet papers rolls in the bathrooms No liquid soap in the bottle in the sink in one of the bathrooms No plastic bag in the bin in one of the bathrooms The coffee machine was broken

There are 2 bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms. They’ve left us coffee and tea, which was nice.

The shower holder in one of the rooms was broken, which was not comfortable. Also, the hot water in one of the room wasn’t enough to take a shower. There wasn’t any salt and sugar. They have some online issues, and I received several messages that they might cancel our booking with links, which was a fraud, but everything ended up good.

Good location, nice and clean apartment. Near the historical center of Catania.

Even though we arrived at the address in the period indicated by the hosts, including constantly informing about the exact time( as we were asked 30 min. earlier) we had to wait for the gentleman with the keys for about 45 min additionally. I didn't know we had to bring garbage bags with us because there weren't any in the apartment. I do not comment on garbage collection rules in Catania.
