The apartment is centrally located and close to all amenities; apart from that, it is comfortable and spacious. Ideally, for a group of friends.

The position was good. Beds comfortable.

Maybe a facelift of the bathrooms.

Extremely good location, basically in the center of the city and the main train station (Porta Nuova) and well connected by tram and busses. The building is a great one to be in

Very cold apartment (the windows were old and would let a lot of cold air enter the house). The walls looked dirty and very badly painted. The bidet was not fixed to the floor and would basically move once you sat on it Extremely uncomfortable beds (the house had something like 8 beds in order to accommodate as many people as they wanted and charge you even more for what was the apartment) There was a metal ramp in the middle of the house to take you 20cm over a fake wooden floor, that looked like the ones they put outside shops to allow people with disabilities to access the store Wifi did not work even if it was turned on and detectable

The building is in a nice neighborhood close to the historical center. It's a spacious place for two couples.

Unfortunately we found a bug in the bed, next morning !!! We contacted the owner immediately and they promise to take care of that. After a better inspection of the place, we realized that it was a really dirty one that needs a really deep clean...
