Debora's Flat - 10 minuti dall'Arena

on line access was very easy.

Excellent location with a nice walk to the historical centre. The flat has everything necessary and was very quiet. Excellent communication with the host and the electronic entry system works flawlessly. Easy to find parking in the area, albeit not for free during the day (one pays for 8am to 8pm)

The aircon is placed in a corner, taking quite some time to cool the flat (being shaped like an L); We visited in July (+35C) so I would imagine that this is a seasonal problem). Further, a vent in the kitchen area would be great.

It was very close to the train station, about a 8 minute walk. The checkin instructions were great and the apartment was very spacious. It was below the ground floor so no real view, but we were only there one night so it didn't bother us. Very clean and nice!

The fridge didn't ever get cold.

Spacious enough for family of 4,the coffee machine was great. Location - perfect few minutes walk to the train station and lovely stroll 10-15 mins to Arena. 2 mins walk to the amazing Gelataria La Romana.

the property is very clean, tidy and spacious. beds are very comfortable.

the flat is in the basement and you have to do 20 stairs down to a very shabby area where bicycles are parked and trash is kept. so if you heavy luggage, prams etc not a good place. also check in is at 3pm and check out at 10am: not standard.

The location is good, near the railway station (5min) and not far from the city centre (15-20 min walking). There is a huge eurospar supermarket in about 10 minutes from the building. The apartment is rather clean.

The apartment is located in a basement floor, in general it was not an issue, just the windows are higher than usually and you feel not so cozy.
