Personnel très pro et sympa, explications claires et souplesse dans l'accueil. La localisation de l'appartement est excellente avec de nombreux commerces autour et sites à visiter à pieds.

"A good option for a family with kids."

Large and clean family apartment with many amenities and very good location. Good connections with public transport. We appreciated e.g. the two separate bedrooms (in 100m2 apt.) washing machine and drier combo, well equipped kitchen and Netflix.

There was some miscommunication among the staff. There was no possibility to take out the trash by yourself, but you must sent a message to staff when you wanted it to be done. We sent a message and it was confirmed , but it didn't happen and we had to send a new message next day. The staff was however, very nice and communicative.
