We enjoyed the service, the location was good, the breakfast was very rich, and it was great that we could check in from 7 am. The late check-in option was a big bonus as we came from afar and wouldn't have made it earlier; it was nice to have a drink in the lobby in the evening. The room was also okay, clean, and had everything we needed. We were satisfied, stayed overnight for one night on our way home to quickly move on the next morning. The price and quality ratio was very good!

We stayed a distance from Alesund for the price. The facility is not far off route E39/E136 and has mountain view rooms. Our room is at the corner with the window next to an exterior wall so the view is partially blocked. Location wise if you are on the road traveling in between Alesund-Bergen, or Alesund-Oslo it's convenient. What exceeded my expectation is that it has a lot of community rooms - I found a half-kitchen with a large refrigerator, sink, cabinets and couches/coffee table, an activity room, a meeting room and a few other rooms I didn't get in. It's very quiet here so I had a very good night of rest. If you are visiting Alesund, or are taking a ferry from there to Bergen, this can be a very good alternative for some cost savings.
