Blue Sea - Villa Maestrale 50 - Locz

The location was as expected. Need to have a car to enjoy if staying for a few days as not much around without a 10-15min minimum drive. The apartment had the potential to meet the internal needs for the trip but fell over in too many simple areas for holiday accommodation

Unfortunately, the apartment was not maintained and had simple thing not at the expected standard that made the stay not as enjoyable as we would have liked. We stayed for 4 nights and had a few issues that effected the stay. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was not working and reported on the first day. responses and action were constantly delayed and never got fixed making sleeping uncomfortable in summer. Hot water did not heat up in mornings and although comment was made the issue was not fixed. There were also items such as broken iron, broken hairdryer, uncomfortable failed couch and bad main bed matrices. All simple things to address that would have made a more enjoyable stay.

Het appartement is groot en heeft een fijne zitruimte buiten in heel rustige omgeving heel aangenaam om uit te rusten. Op het terras voel je een aangename zeewind. De villapark is afgesloten gebied zodat alleen geautoriseerde mensen naar binnen mogen met een pas om de gate te openen. Je kan de auto dicht bij het appartement parkeren op op het oprit.

Garden a bonus

Šioks toks nemalonus kvapas iš indų spintelės. Reiktu pravėdinti. Nuvalyti riebalus iš garų surinktuvo. (Daug kas tai pamiršta padaryti). Gamtai neisakysi, bet buvo skruzdėlyčių lauke, jos nieko blogo nedarė, vaikščiojo aplinkui savo keliais ir rinko nukritusius trupinėlius.

Vila face parte dintr-un complex nou de vile, terasa și gazonul din curte sunt minunate, curățenia era exemplară, însă în interior spațiul este prea mic. În sufragerie dacă voiai să stai pe canapea și să privești la televizor nu puteai întrucât, din lipsă de spațiu, televizorul era pus pe o comodă în laterala canapelei și nu puteai schimba poziția televizorului întrucât comoda era prea îngustă și lipită de perete, iar în dormitor nu există nici o noptieră, pe care să pui telefonul sau o sticlă de apă, exista un singur scaun pus în colțul opus capului patului. Nu exista nici o priză la capul patului, ci tot în partea opusă.

Vila nu este pe plajă și, deși ni s-a spus că există o plajă la vreo 600 m de proprietate, nu puteai ajunge la ea pentru că erau pietre mari în cale.

La pressione dell'acqua nelle doccia era molto bassa

Pas d'eau le premier jour. Pas d'eau chaude pendant 3 jours. Communication impossible avec le responsable. Equipment defectueux. Bouloire percée. Sèche cheveux fonctionne pas.

Colazione non prevista Il porticato attrezzato e la lavatrice sono stati molto apprezzati

L assistenza in loco soprattutto al momento di lasciare la casa non si è presentato nessuno e senza dirlo; non sapevo dove lasciare le chiavi e dove mettere i rifiuti perché i cassonetti erano stati chiusi abbiamo perso molto tempo per niente .La persona che ci aveva dato le chiavi non ha risposto ai ns messaggi.

I liked the comfort that this villa offered. 2 bathrooms, big garden, washing machine and dishwasher avalible...

I didn't like not having a cleaning service, during the whole stay.
