Les équipements sont très vieux, la pression de l’eau est très faible le soir, le badge pour accéder à la propriété a cessé de fonctionner et malgré le fait qu’on a demandé un autre personne nous a répondu

La localisation

Il était dit qu’il y avait une piscine partagée . Non il n’y a absolument pas de piscine même partagée Le bbq n’est pas un bbq Nous n’avions pas assez de vaisselles et verres Nous n’avons aucune réponse sur le whatsapp du personnel

Wonderful Italy are by far the worst agency we have ever dealt with. If you want the agency to help you sort out issues - DO NOT stay here. We arrived quite late at night. An agent came to the house with us & showed us around briefly. We told him we needed some items are they were missing - duvets for our children, pillows for ourselves, more than 2 x rolls or toilet paper, 2 dishwash tablets, 2 x washing machine tablets - we were staying 12 days & it like we had been rationed to the bear minimum for 4 people! 5 days later after messaging not only Wonderful Italy but Booming.com too did we get some extra bits. However on the day we arrived when we were showed the TV we pointed out that there weren’t any channels besides YouTube or Italian TV & could someone help sort this out for us. We have children after all. Day 12 & we have already checked out & after messaging both Wonderful Italy & Booking.com we STILL had no-one help us or respond to WhatsApp messages?! Why supply a WhatsApp group if as an agent you don’t reply on it?

Large garden, ideally situated, airco works perfect

Although the description and ‘facilities you will like’ mentioned a swimming pool there was none. Privately owned pool/beach club nearby charges Euro 15,00 per person per day without beds or umbrella. Apartment was small for five people and the beds were of poor quality, resulting in pain in the spine. A microwave oven should be considered and more kitchen cutlery, plates and bowls would be required to prevent the daily required use of the dishwasher.

Een heerlijk huisje met op iedere kamer airconditioning. Er is een Nespresso koffiezetapparaat. Een uitstekend verzorgde tuin met gras. En een buitenterras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Het ligt direct aan zee en op korte afstand zijn er uitstekende zandstranden met bedjes en parasols.

Enige nadeel is dat er op het vakantiepark geen faciliteiten zijn. Maar het dorpje Villa Nova is op loopafstand (5 minuten) en daar is alles te vinden. En direct naast het park is een zwembad waar je tegen betaling de hele dag kunt in- en uitlopen. Hou er trouwens wel rekening mee dat de stopcontacten in Italië anders zijn dus neem verloopstekkers mee (of koop ze in de supermarkt voor €2 per stuk).
