Guests highly rate the clean and modern rooms and frequently praise the friendly and professional staff.
Everything think is good but the only thing the rooms have no sound dampening. So you hear everything in the hallway and the room next to you. For example a sneeze or kids. But luckily for me quest were quite a majority of the time. Also Wi-Fi is spotty and can't handle high loads of people. But enjoyed myself, the room was clean, the food was actually good and the people were nice.

Very decent, cosy and clean place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Value-for-money choice. One drawback was that the spa was closed, and such information should be made known, say on the hotel's website.
Staff checked me in to a room that already had a guest inside. Before the check in, I over heard that the room was under OS, out of service, and the senior staff said to the other staff that it was fine. As soon as I open the door, there was someone already occupied in the room and luckily she was not naked or anything. Otherwise, it would have been a bigger issue. I don’t blame the staff who checked me in because she seemed new and not yet well trained. They upgraded my room but still my disappointment was no apology from the senior staff. She was just sitting there without saying anything. How they handled the situation was very unprofessional. I hope anything like this will not happen to anyone. Other than that, the hotel itself was good.
Such a wonderful place and absolutely amazing from the processing of reserve the room with Ms.Pantawan, she is powerful kind and explore the best rate for me there is a close with BTS Bearing but can be challenging to walk please call the motor driver at BTS station the costs 20 THB. I like the cleanliness of the place was and how fully functional the kitchen was.
This was my favorite hotel during my stay in Thailand! Super clean, friendly people, wonderful breakfast!! I will return to Bangkok just to stay here again!
Dreckige Laken, die zwar gewechselt wurden aber auch die gewechselten waren dreckig. Boden im Bad war dreckig. Klimaanlage direkt auf das Bett gerichtet. Kein Nachttisch auf einer Bettseite. Frühstück hatte wenig Auswahl. Kein Entgegenkommen der Unterkunft. Wir reisten nach einer Nacht ab, hatten eigentlich für drei Nächte gebucht.
Very nice property, a bit far from central Bangkok but good nonetheless. Breakfast was lovely and the staff always friendly. Would recommend a stay here
This was a nice stay. The hotel and the staff were amazing! Everyone was helpful and the hotel must be newer because everything is modern. It is located in a residential neighborhood which has local shops within walking distance. Couldn’t beat the price. Would book again.
Lovely stay, clean tidy rooms and great staff. The breakfast is incredible, the only issue is how far out it is from the centre but that is not a big issue with apps like grab or the sky train near by. Would recommend
